Wish it was better, right down the street from me. Served in a couple of minutes, cold dry eggs, pancakes barely warm. Maybe I will give it another chance but this fast food breakfast was terrible.

Pancakes, who doesn’t love pancakes?! Went there for a breakfast date this morning. I ordered the strawberry banana pancakes with a side of hash browns. When you are there and order just the pancakes, they always ask if you want the choice of the combo. Trust me, I would have said combo.(no I’m not annoyed about that, it’s just I love my pancakes and I’m not trading down 4 pancakes for 2). When we first arrived, it was packed(about 10:30). However since there were only two of us, they sat us right away. Thank you small seats! The waitress came over quickly to get our drink orders and then our food orders. My pancakes were delicious, my only issue was that the strawberries tasted a bit too sweet(as if they were soaked in sugar for a few hours.) The hash browns were pretty good, added just a bit of pepper and I enjoyed them. I would go back again.

Rana S. At this location simply the worse service I’ve ever experienced at IHOP. No customer service skills, no people skills, took forever to bring food, drinks, and etc. I wont be coming back and if i do I’ll be making sure to get serviced by another server.

Great start with the hostess seating us quickly. After that went down hill. The hostess never advice us who or what our waitress name will be. The waiter/waitress NEVER came to our table. I don’t wanna just blame this on race but how is it that 2 white couples who were seated a least 5 minutes after us were both greeted & attended by a waiter. We decided to leave after being ignored for over 13 mins!!! This was a first & a last!

Well first I know it’s a city restaurant and a breakfast place, but Caesar salad was chicken spring mix a packet of Caesar and croutons, I never order that but I know that’s not a Caesar salad. Got eggs Benedict which wasn’t on the menu and it sat too long so the eggs were closer to scrambled eggs. So with that said, the waiter never asked if anything was wrong even though most of the food was still on the plates barely ate. Also never came back for a refill and we had three empty glasses. I know it’s not a high quality place but it is a chain restaurant you think they would be a little better.

I come here for breakfast once in awhile and IHOP has not failed me. This place has excellent breakfast selections. I usually get the chicken and waffles meal and it is amazing! Also you can’t forget about their pancakes! Although some items can be a little bit pricey but overall most of the items on the menu is affordable. The atmosphere is good here. Service was great. I did not have to wait long for my meal. The waitress was very kind, she comes back often to check and make sure everything is good. I would definitely come back with friends and family again.

Our new favorite breakfast place! Fast service(every time we go in 5 minutes food is ready!), normal prices, excellent food(i love the variety of pancakes, waffles, french toast and crepes they have!), they also have Strawberry, Blueberry, Butter Pecan and Maple sirups on EVERYTABLE(which i have never seen anywhere else!), if you order coffee you get a full carafe, food always looks like the pictures in menu and overall we are very satisfied! Stuffed French toast and Banana Pudding Pancakes my favorite!

Our server, Chelsie, greeted us with warm welcome and sweet smile as my mom and I entered the restaurant after a very long day of driving last night. She made us feel at home as well as served us with promptness. We ordered soup, deluxe pancake, omelette, and coffee. It was the best meal we ever had at any IHOP. By the way, I found out while we were chatting after the meal, that today(May 14) is her birthday. So I just want to wish her«Happy Birthday, Chelsie!» and thank her and the staff for the great meal experience yesterday.

The soup is old. Do not order soup at all cost. The cooks were fighting with each other

Dont come early on weekends because you will be waiting a while! The size of the place is really small so it gets packed quickly. This is the only place that I love the breakfast food. They serve you good portions and the pancakes are delicious… The staff is really friendly! Is always good when I come here!!!

It’s pretty quiet and service is about average; not bad or anything. On a weekend it is pretty crowded but there really isn’t an extended wait time for the food despite the craziness.

IHOP has simply amazing food, but this branch is frequently dirty and crowded. I can understand crowds because it’s a sign of success, but I’ve been seated at tables on busy nights that weren’t even cleared of the previous occupants’ food, let alone wiped and sanitized. The whole place ‘feels’ sticky. Sticky isn’t a good way to feel. Amazing pancakes though!

Not many IHOP restaurants around anymore. So see that this one is still around in Philadelphia is great thing to see. It was definitely a great experience hear. Came for breakfast and had the split decision and a hot cup of good coffee, It’s a small little place. But the service is good, the food came out hot, and the waitress always came back to check and see if you need anything. Always check around for coupons there always available for IHOP. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Great food, but it’s always crowded, especially on weekends. If you’re claustrophobic, then this particular location is not for you. The service is good, and they run frequent specials. I love the omelette a and pancakes.

My dad and I come here for breakfast sometimes. The service is always nice, the food is consistent. The ventilation is terrible, you can’t leave there without stinking. They won’t give you anything off the children’s menu even if you offer to pay more. It’s a place to go to for a quick breakfast and are able to go home and shower afterward.

It’s your average IHOp nothing special, but the exceptional service! We had the best waitress I have to say she was attentive, sweet, smiling, and not lingering and smothering like some. I also noticed that the people that come are regulars and the staff knows them by name. Reminded me of a mom and pop diner atmosphere more than an ihop. Kudos to the staff!

I brought my girlfriend here twice for breakfast, the first time I had a heart ham and cheese omelette, it was ok the cheese was watery and it had no flavor. The second time I went I had pancakes, sausage, eggs, and bacon it was good, but the price for two people was almost 40 $; that was pretty expensive for two people for breakfast. Since then I haven’t been back, I’m hoping the next time I go I won’t be disappointed…

Small and crowded, but really nice service. Went with my son and although the parking lot was really filled, we only ended up waiting for less than 10 minutes to be seated. I ordered an omlette and because I did not want the pancakes(diet?) my son had those instead of ordering his own. Also ordered some bacon, well-done hash browns, and a chocolate milk. Everything came out quickly and was very tasty. Our female server was excellent and got a really nice tip. Clean restaurant, just very small. Maybe they should expand!

Food was good and I took advantage of the kids eat free on Thursday deal. The service I got was practically perfect and was even looked in on by the other staff for good measure. The only thing I didn’t care for was the side of fruit I had substituted for my eggs — it was mostly honeydew melon. I hate honeydew melon — but they were quick to allow me to switch my order back to the eggs instead, even though it was my finicky butt that asked for the substitution in the first place. The kids enjoyed their breakfast for dinner and I enjoyed not having to cook. This place is way better(and cleaner) than the Jenkintown location and I would choose this place before I went to the other again. The only other IHOP I like better is the one by Oxford Valley Mall, but that’s kind of far for me and while they offer the kids eat free special –every day-, you have to provide a coupon for it, located in the Intelligencer or some other Bucks County type papers.

My god steak omellettes… When you’re hungover from a long night of wedding activities(hopefully someone else’s) there’s nothing better than a big, greasy, tasty, steaky, bigass omellette. Throw in some panckaes on the side with that IHOP pecan syrup and now you have a breakfast fit for kings. Very hungover kings. In case you’re wondering, parking was not a problem and the waitress was really nice!
