I’ve been renting from IPG for a little while now and so far I have no complaints. What I love the most is that I’m able to actually talk to someone about my maintenance issues instead of an answering machine or automated call. Maintenance is quick and they take action within the next business day. And they still care about you compared to other companies. Once you sign a lease, most companies don’t give a hoot about you since you’re already in. These guys are different. I totally recommend!

for incoming tenants! Does not return phone calls. Renters beware!
