ISC Remodeling

Ian and all the people he has working with him are an absolute pleasure to deal with! They started on time, finished before his estimated completion date and we felt he charged us very fairly. We wanted to remove an old tub and all the surrounding tile and replace it with a stall shower. This can be quite a messy job, but they were as neat, considerate and pleasant as could be.
We would not hesitate to hire them again and would recommend them in a minute. We can honestly say that this renovation was one of the best remodeling experiences we’ve ever had.

I recently bought a two family rental property in Ardmore and needed a contractor for a complete rehab. After meeting with the owner and receiving a reasonable estimate, he was able to start right away and finished the job on time. The type of work he completed included updating an existing kitchen (new tile, new countertop, resurfacing cabinetry, installing appliances), carpentry work to install three new closets, installing a new bathroom, general wall repair throughout building, and painting nearly 2,000 SF. His prices were comparable to other guys, but would recommend him based solely on the quality of his work, which is far superior than other contractors I’ve used in the past. I am very pleased with the outcome here and would recommend him. I continue to use ISC for handyman type of repairs.
