I wish I can give zero stars the wait for this place is beyond terrible … That’s it! If you’re in a rush or have an appointment after here don’t come here

I followed my doctor from Cooper to here — and every time I come I ask him to move back.
The doctors and nurses are fantastic — its the staff you deal with BEFORE you see them that needs an overhaul. Prepare yourself to wait… in the waiting room, and then again in the exam room. Overall a quick 40 minute appointment, takes about THREE HOURS. and then, more times than not, they mess up your paperwork, so you spend about the three following months fighting with insurance over a bill that you don’t really have, that Jefferson billing processed wrong.

I’ve been going to Jefferson OB/​GYN for my prenatal care and everyone is AMAZING. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, compassion and knowledge that comes from the doctors, nurses, even the receptionists. I’m 9 months pregnant right now and have had many appointments and procedures and never had to wait more than 20 minutes over schedule (most are right on time). They also have a beautiful, new facility. I would recommend them to anyone.

I see Sarah Epstein for my annual OB/​GYN checkup. She is very nice, helpful and professional, i remember she put my nerves at ease on my very first visit. Now good luck scheduling an appointment. It can be a pain, unless if your luck played well, expect at least 2 month to get one. Usually the check in and check out is fast, and the longest I had to wait beyond my appointment time, was about 20 minutes. Also, I never experienced any problems with paying my deductible.

The Obstetrics & Gynecology department is HORRIBLE. If you have an appointment, allow at least a 3-​hour window to account for them being late and/​or incorrectly scheduling your appointment, which they did to me two visits in a row. The front desks staff doesn’t care if you wait all day and the manager (Lisa?) throws on an obviously insincere smile when trying to «fix» issues that Jefferson created themselves. They are rude and obviously don’t understand that other people have jobs they need to go to as well! I highly recommend going to Penn instead.
