I stopped in to get my license renewed because I needed it immediately and could not wait the week or so it would take to do it by mail The very friendly clerk answered all of my questions and I walked out with a photo card in order to renew my license. The only downside is that you pay $ 20 extra for this service. So if you need something done in a pinch and can afford the extra fee then this is the place for you. I’d rather pay $ 20 extra than get a big fine for driving with an expired license.

If you are rich in money but poor in time this is the place for you. The extra fees this place charges on top of what the dmv/​rmv charges is literally embarrassing. I went in here by mistake and took care of my car registration and title. When I saw the bill I almost threw up in my mouth. As a college student living off loans I would have spent my day at the registry and saved myself all this extra money. I just went in to inquire about a replacement registration card. 26 dollars. This is 6 dollars at the registry. 20 dollar fee is more than excessive for a simple process. I told the clerk I would take care of it at the registry — and I will.

I never write Unilocal reviews, but feel strongly enough about my experience with this establishment to write one now.
This individual should not be in customer service. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. The «company email address» is an @yahoo.com domain.
I moved to PA and needed to get my vehicle registration transferred. I did all my research beforehand, and then asked him a few questions to clarify the process. The employee treated me like I was an idiot. As if I transfer my vehicle registration to a new state every day and should know the process by heart! His job, not mine.
I will never use this company again.

Arrived at 5:15 PM, sign on the door stated that they close at 5:30. With two other customers still in there, the employee shouted at us yelling, «We’re closed». He is quite the hostile individual. It appears that other reviewers have had a poor experience with this person. This place could never get my business.

Went there to get my tags switched over and right in the door the employee was rude and talked down to me and another customer in the store. When asked a question the employee was rude and told me «I know how to do my job» needless to say I went down the road.

I went here to get tags for a car I recently purchased. The person was rude, condescending and arrogant. DO NOT use this place. There’s another further on Ridge. They were friendly, helpful and took care of my registration with ease.
