As first time home buyers we were lucky to work with Kevin. He was very responsive (promptly answering emails and texts at what seemed like any hour), thorough, honest, patient, flexible and most importantly, always professional to work with. We did not feel pressured into buying and felt like Kevin helped us find a home that perfectly matched our needs. He also made the buying/​contracting process very efficient — all contracts were signed online and he communicated with our mortgage officer to ensure all timelines were met. With Kevin’s help we felt the entire buying process was seamless and stress free.

Kevin helped us find and close on a loft in Center City this summer. It was a really smooth experience and it was so pleasant we have stayed in touch with Kevin even after the close!
Kevin is a real gentleman and very professional. He is a real good listener and is very attentive to details. He was aware of our needs and showed us several properties that met our criteria. He was extremely sensitive to our time and the fact that our schedule was very tight. He was easy to reach via phone and sms and always got back to us right away if he was busy with another client.
