Lady Love

If you go to the top floor an employee blatantly follows you to make sure you are not stealing. Really annoying. Makes me wonder if their signs about cameras are BS. Otherwise it’s fine.

So I came in looking for a mesh shirt to wear to Dracula’s Ball. I thought I had found my match, bought it, then went home, tried it on and it didn’t work. The worst part? I looked at the receipt and it said they had a no-​return policy! Precious money down the drain that could have been well spent elsewhere!

I’d actually prefer to go to Lady Love than Condom Kingdom. Lady Love isn’t high end fetish wear or gear (Passional is definitely better for that) but it’s still FILLED with all kinds of fun gear, dresses, and awesome shoes. Some of their stuff is expensive but 1) it’s South Street and 2) they do have pretty great sales. I love getting all my fishnets here, $ 3 for so many awesome tights, pantyhose & stockings, love it!

If you are looking for fetish wear or anything of that nature, you would be better off going to Condom Kingdom or Passional than Lady Love. The stuff in here just screams cheap and tacky. «One size fits most» usually equals tacky in my book. One fascinating tidbit, they sold liquid latex. I’m not exactly sure what it is supposed to be used for but it certainly fascinated me. They also had a bit of jewelry, if you can call it that. I prefer to call it fake and obnoxious «bling-​bling.»
Oh yeah! They were supposedly having a swimwear «sale», which is the reason why I went in. Their «sale» consisted of cheap looking swimsuits being «marked down» to $ 60. I’m sorry but if I was going for the cheap and tacky swimsuit look, I would at least go somewhere where I can buy it for a reasonable price, sheesh!
