Larry is a straight shooter and most definitely shows properties that are worthwhile and in my interest as a buyer. He spent endless hours with me showing properties in what I believe to be an up-​and-​coming area, not making me feel like I was wasting my time. He was honest and forthright about which houses would be best to buy, and which would be best to avoid based on condition and possible hidden problems. I can only recommend him to any and all buyers or sellers in Philly Metro, he really has his client’s interests above any others.

Larry is a disreputable realtor. Do not make the same mistake that I did and trust him with your time or money. You will do better with out his dishonesty in your reality transaction. He pretended that he represented our interests and instead stole and refused to return our deposit. Lichtman should be removed from practicing Real Estate. Yes, he’s that bad.
