Latitude

I talked with Renee for the first time today and she is great. She was really nice and informative about what they offer.
I could tell just from the conversation today that they take pride in dealing personally with their customers. I felt like I was being treated like a friend right off the bat.
I would recommend them to anyone and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Jason has done three projects in my house through a five year span including a long bookshelf, a large pergola outside my front door and a storage/​sitting bench in my kitchen. I find his work to be well made, well thought out, and well designed. He is conscientious, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.

What an obnoxious company. I called them looking for somebody to come out to give an estimate on the repairs we needed for our home. The lady on the phone was so caught up on if I had a budget, and if I had already received other estimates, and if I was going to get other estimates. As an educated consumer, of course I am going to get other estimates. She said typically their clients love their work and don’t need other estimates. I hope this review saves other people from calling this stuck-​up company. Get over yourselves Latitude.

I had a bunch of home projects on the to-​do list and wasn’t finding someone suitable for the job. Then my local hardware store (Cohen’s) recommended Jason Spivack of Latitude LLC.
His business wasn’t listed on Unilocal — but I had such a positive experience, I had to add it. I can’t express enough how happy I am with the service I received, as well as the end result.
He worked with me from concept to design to build of a outdoor wooden surround for my garbage, recycling and condenser. He has superb design sense and the sketches nailed it first go-​round.
He did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. Plus he was very considerate of my home and left it clean as a whistle. After he was done he even removed some stray weeds that I’d mentioned were bugging the daylights out of me — a really nice gesture and totally above and beyond.
