So, I’ve been here twice for repairs and can’t speak to the quality of their orthotics. 1. About two years ago, when I first moved to Philly, I was heartbroken when the insoles of my Danskos started splintering. They are not inexpensive shoes, so I brought them to Lenny’s where Sandy creatively used two different kinds of inserts to create a soft, padded insole while still allowing room for my feet. 2. Last week, I finally broke down and brought my work handbag(it’s large and I’ve clearly been overfilling it) which was kind of pulling apart/breaking at the handles. In less than 20 minutes, Sandy and presumably Lenny? had fixed my bag and had it looking like nothing had ever happened. I’ve had great customer service in my two experiences and the products I brought them to repair have held up thus far.

My Dr. actually referred me to Lenny’s to have my orthopedic shoes repaired and to find a shoe that can accomodate an orthotic. They claim to be licenced pedothists, but my expereince was nothing but a disaster. They seemed to have little to no experience working with diabetic or cmt inflicted feet. If you are looking for a true pedothist, please do not rely on Lenny’s.
