Contrary to the previous review, this is the worse bar I’ve ever been to. It was my first time there, was invited for a friends birthday. Horrible DJ, smelly and dingy, very unfriendly regulars…(at least the people I had run ins with were unfriendly). Will never go again.

This is the best bar I’ve been to in years! We went for karaōke on a Friday, and everyone was so friendly. There is a pool table, unique individuals of all colors and ages being themselves, and you feel like you’re in someone’s old club house with odd artifacts stuffed into the corners. It’s very 20th century thank the gods.

Great neighborhood bar! The people are always friendly, and the owner(Lovey) and her sister(Barbara) make you feel right at home like they’ve known you forever. You immediately fit in, even if it’s your first time. Friday nights are quizzo at 6:30PM, and Karoke at 9PM. The guy who runs the karoake(Brandon) is charming and will help you out with any duet or background singing your performance needs. This bar is as simple as it gets, nothing fancy, just good people.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be at a weird uncle’s family reunion at his house? Come to Luke’s bar, you’ll get a decent idea. This place is just weird. I guess the people weren’t bad, and pony buckets are $ 8, but I’ll get my fill of corner bars many other places before Luke’s bar. Surprisingly, no smoking inside. There’s a pool table and pinball, but since it feels much more like you’re in someone’s house rather than a bar, I feel like you need to be invited to use them. Weird.

This is your typical neighborhood bar. The people are relatively friendly and it can be a great place to grab a drink. They have karoke on Friday nights which is fun if you are into that sort of thing.

I absolutely love shitty bars, but the regulars here are assholes.

I don’t understand it here. I don’t think I’ll ever understand it here. My friend really, really wanted to go for her birthday so she could smoke inside and sing karaōke. Two things I am not a fan of, but I’m a fan of my friend, so sacrifices, you know? In order to thoroughly describe this place, I implore you to watch any episode of It’s Always Sunny that features Mac’s mom. There you go.

Supposedly the oldest bar in Fishtown with the same owner. This place is pretty fun, especially on Karaōke night. You have to know what your getting into, this is a very true«neighborhood» bar, and all the locals come out. Everyone is very friendly and you can be sure someone will strike up a conversation with you. Keep an open mind.
