There are no words that can express my gratitude to you and your team.
When I first began on my quest to find a caterer who would understand the theme I wanted I didn’t think I would find it.
You proved me wrong!
We clicked from day one with our tasting.
Chef Will is a BEAST! I am no longer fooled by that shy exterior. The food that, that man creates is INSANE!!!
He has a friend in Curtis FOREVER… LOL
I gave you my vision of creating «The Greatest Show on Earth» and you was a little hesitant at first, but once it marinated in world of fabulousness that resides in your mind, you took it and RAN!
Because of my self diagnosis of OCD, I was nervous allowing anyone to make decisions for me, but because every idea you gave me I loved, it made me feel comfortable to step back and allow you to do what you do which is creating AWESOMENESS!!!
From the moment I walked into the library and saw that set for the ceremony I was in amazement.
THEN…when I saw the way you transformed that space into the reception area, I WAS IN AWE!!!
I just wanted to run to you and give you a HUGE HUG!
You created EXACTLY what was in my mind… EXACTLY!!!
Even your staff was on point!!!
So very polite, professsional and attentive to Curtis and I. They all would ask me if we needed them to do anything and making sure we were ok. I feel bad that I don’t remember anyone’s name because they all came up to me and introduced themselves as they offered assistance.
Your staff ROCKS!!!
This has been one long journey and I am so blessed to have met you to guide me through this process.
We started off as clients and have built a friendship in the process.
I love you for the dedication and love you put into making our day special…
