This Hallmark store is the best! I had a bad experience with the Hallmark store on 17th and JFK so I came here and knew that I would be taken care of. Mithani, the store manager was very caring and customer service focused. This store has a great selection of gifts and is laid out really nicely. I love all of the Melissa and Doug giant stuffed animals that they have as well as a great selection of cards and chocolates. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. I will definitely come here for all my card and gift needs going forward. THANK YOU MITHANI!

I called them 15 minutes before closing to confirm their address and their hours. When I told them I was on my way they said «okay we will wait for you». I desperately needed cards for my 2 good friends and once I got there they were very friendly, helped me find the section I needed, and they told me if I needed anything to just let them know. They didn’t rush me at all and I found 2 fabulous cards! My friend cried a little after she read it.
