I’m not sure if it’s Dr. Brian Reiter’s practice to not return patient phone calls that were placed several times over the course of two weeks, or if there’s a breakdown in communication with the (incredibly rude) front desk staff (I’m leaning toward that possibility), but the poor office service and responsiveness has resulted in me scheduling an appointment with a doctor at the Rothman Institute instead. I can’t believe the time I wasted with this practice when I could have gone elsewhere and received much more timely care.
