NovaCare Complex

Sweet complex where the Philadelphia Eagles get their practice on. My recent visit included sightings of Eagles legend Harold Carmichael and new Eagle Bryan Braman. Take a tour of the facilities, you get to see inspirational quotes from Jonas Salk, Nelson Mandela, and the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. as you enter the facility. Pictures of Eagle Pro Bowl participants line the hallways, and the vestibule before the weight room has blown up newspaper articles celebrating the years of Eagles success lining the walls (including the infamous «We’re from Philadelphia, and we fight» quote of our current esteemed head coach.
Speaking of the weight room, it was super high tech. Tablets tell the Eagles what exercises to do and actually sends a live feed of them doing the exercises to the trainers and coaches «upstairs.» No fudging on your reps at this facility! Maybe all this conditioning is what kept the Eagles healthy last year.
On my visit, the food in the cafeteria was a step above traditional Aramark offerings and I enjoyed it. The salad bar was epic. I ate about 20 olives. Thanks Eagles!
