Beautiful historic church perfect for weddings. The Old Pine Community Center on the same block is the ideal site for your reception.
As for Sunday mornings the congregation takes worship seriously but not themselves. Great for families with children as there is a children’s sermon each week and Sunday school during the sermon. Older children have Sunday school before church. The congregation is rich with musicians — one week you may find the choir performing something from the Messiah — the next week the pastor may lead a blue grass number with others in the church — or maybe its a jazz worship service.

Brooklyn, NY
Perhaps the most beautiful church in all of Philadelphia. Much sought after for weddings. Cheerful and upbeat. The columned portico – stunning. And its accompanied by a nice little cemetery. You van hardly fail to notice this church as you stroll or bike the rosy brick sidewalks of Pine Street. Hard to miss. Bottom line: easily one of the top 2 – 3 churches in town.
