I first contracted with Rick Rader, the owner, after he submitted the lowest qualified estimate on my exterior façade restoration.
There were a number of personal events, some within and some out of Rick’s control, which delayed the work. I was extremely patient with Rick, but eventually it got to the point where he could not afford to repair his work truck, and then could not afford the gas money to come to my house. As a consolation, Rick offered to paint my basement at no additional charge. He then went back on his word, didn’t paint the basement, and chose to walk away from the rest of the work. Rick’s delays, empty promises, and unprofessional business practices cost me countless hours of wasted time and delayed my project by over 6 months. I would only trust Rick with simple masonry jobs without urgency, and I would never leave a deposit with him.
