So happy with my experience with One Day Bath Inc. I called to make an appointment about a week ago and was able to schedule time to get my tub reglazed with ease. I spoke to Paul, who I think is the owner. He spoke to me honestly and told me the plusses and minuses to installing a liner vs a reglaze. He also made me feel very confident, explaining their procedure, future care, and warranty. The contractor showed up RIGHTONTIME, if not early, which is usually unheard of. Rick, they guy that did the work was friendly and professional. He started working right around 10:30am and finished the job around 2pm. He explained how to care for the tub and what he did to fix the problems I was having with the previous tub reglaze(done by another company who is now out of business). I’m extremely pleased with the process and how the work was completed. I think Paul and Rick both did great jobs with confidence. I’m happy that they reassured me if anything went wrong, all I have to do is call and they will do all they can to help me. Will definitely keep in contact and work with them in the future as long as I own my apartment. OH, and i’m not sure what location they worked out of, but I live in West New York, NJ– so I believe that they service the tri-state area.

absolutely atrocious, in ever possible way. first, an estimator shows up, promising the moon & sky. if something simply can’t be done, why give a customer unreasonable expectations? do they need the sales that badly ?? oh, and the prices are 4 times the going rate of an independent contractor. was told that a professional would show up, and spend the whole day(reglazing of tub, tiles, and sink). a 24 year old shows up, and is done in 4 hours… lots of missed spots, lots of runs, and calls/e-mails to the owner go unanswered. when I finally did reach Paul, he kept weasel wording around the problem, quoting the guarantee, showed no indication of wanting to make things right. after threatening to take legal action, he sends a «supervisor» to redo the job. this time a 22 year old shows up, and still misses spots, and still leaves runs in the paint. a complete loss as far as I’m concerned, though not worth the effort to go to small claims court($ 1800)… if anyone would like to see before/after photos, just send me a message via Unilocal
