I wish I could give this place more stars. I’m really into nail art, and some places will accommodate the crazy stuff I ask for, Palace being one of them, without blinking an eye, which I always appreciate. I got a pedicure an acrylic refill and gel polish (with designs of course). Pedicure was good, she took her time and we had a nice chat, super friendly. My biggest complaint is the fact that my toes started peeling and the polish on one toe was completely gone after two days and my gel polish began chipping after three days. I went to a different salon to get my nails done again 3 days later. I would go back, but I can’t afford to get my nails done every three days, I need them to last at least a week, which is why they lose points in my book.

I can’t write a review on services because after an hour and half wait I’m leaving without getting anything done. There were 2 people ahead of me and only 3 people working there. My hubby sat with his feet soaking in preparation for his pedicure for close to 45 minutes. They have finally started on what I’m sure is the longest pedicure of his life. Everyone in there seems nice but they are grossly understaffed. I’ve been in busier shops with a much faster turnaround.

My favorite place to get my nails done! I’ve been coming here for about six months and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! I usually get acrylic over my nails and regular Essie polish. My nails never chip before coming back in for a refill. I once broke my nails and they fixed it free of charge. The staff is super nice and always remember you. Highly recommend this place!

When you get right down to it, there are a ton of places in the Philly area to get your nails done so you have to be special to stand out.
The ladies working here are all pros, unlike some places, this salon breeds consistency. They will go out of their way to make sure your experience and their services, are top notch.
Prices are reasonable, especially when you consider that they really do take the time to carefully cut your cuticles and clean your nails and shape them the way you want.
The salon is immaculate, even with a tiny yorkie running around (the thing barks but she’s pretty friendly). Also they don;t use paper towels, they use towels which they wash and dry, very eco friendly!
I really don’t know how this place isn’t constantly packed, it’s the best in the Northeast.

Was okay would of had a 5 if only they did a better job cleaning up cuticle after acrylic application & polish. & a better job shaping my nails as im use to. Was few dollars cheaper than my regular salon. But u pay for wat u get I guess

I liked this place a lot. I had to wait awhile it was Friday so makes sense, either way it was worth it, the ladies are very nice and place is clean, the pedicure was great, they have this cool machine that helps clean the dead skin. usually mani & peri is $ 28 according to the price list in the place but for some reason that day it was $ 25! Score for me!. Comparing price and service they win, a must try, I will be going again. & they give you a card after 5 visits the 6th one u get $ 5 off something or free eyebrow waxing.

Came across this place after grabbing a bite at Nifty Fifties and so glad I did. The place is kind of in the tuck but when you go inside its very spacious and clean. I got both a pedicure and manicure and even tho it took a hour or so the nail tech, Rose made conversation the whole way. They Def engage with you in there and make sure the job is done right. I’ll be making my way up there every chance I get now!

Love this place! I just moved from NY to Philly about two months ago and I love this place. They treat you like a guest not like a customer and they do great nails! When you want a pedicure ask for the SPA pedicure they will serve you a glass of wine!

I really liked this place, clean, nice massage chairs & the manicurist really take they’re time on you here. Newly opened; this is a must see with great prices & great quality of work
