If I can give minus star, i would… 1st. Chinese restaurant but operate and cook by Jamaican… however, i did not have a problem with that… until i tasted the food… it was bad, very bad food… i had orange chicken and fried rice to be safe. but it was not safe… orange chicken tasted weird and nasty. fried rice was so dry and tasteless… I would never come back.

I was hoping this new Panda Express would be another lunch option for me and my coworkers but sadly the food was just mediocre at best. The staff was very friendly and food was very fresh. The dining area was also really nice and clean; but then again they are super new. Since this was my first time, I got the big platter with 3 entrees and 1 side. This was way too much food for 1 person, but I really wanted to try a variety of their dishes. I got the chow mean noodles as my side/starch and the following three entrees: orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, Shanghai angus steak. The latter 2 dishes were«premium» selections so they cost $ 1.25 extra each. I also ordered the side vegetable spring rolls which actually come with 2 in an order. Verdict? The chow mein was dry but flavoring was ok; the orange chicken was crispy but way too sweet; walnut shrimp was very fresh and decent but pretty heavily breaded; angus beef was ok. The vegetable spring rolls were kind of wet in the middle… I’m thinking it was slightly under fried but I didn’t bother to ask. I didn’t finish the spring rolls after 1 bite and I didn’t finish my food. This place has potential but the food didn’t cut it did me.

1÷27÷2016 Update: The quality of the food has improved quite a bit since my first visit. I’ve returned several times since but didn’t want to post an update until I’ve tried several times to ensure the good food wasn’t a one time thing. So the dishes I’ve tried is at the quality level of what I’d expect at Panda Express. I’m so happy I have a go to take out Chinese place near work.

«Chinese restaurant» run by non-Chinese people with terrible customer service. My family and I walked and and we’re not even greeted. The employee simply said«bowl or plate». Hell if I know! This is the first time I’ve been there. And when I asked for an explanation I was told to look at the board. Great answer right? Long story short: we left and went to the diner!

The line was short. I was really hungry n i decide let me try their food since it just open. The food was bad. I had a plate(2 entrée) fried rice and sweet chicken it was just horrible. I can say the fortune cookie n egg roll was good.

The food was fresh! It was very busy & the staff knocked the line down quickly. I’m so excited there is one in my area. I only wish they had delivery as it is hard for me to get there.

So glad to finally see a brand new Panda Express open near me! I used to order from the center city location. This one is much closer. I placed an online order today. When I got there, they didn’t have my order ready, or at all. They are still in training as they just opened recently. The supervisor was very apologetic to me and fixed the mistake and got my order straightened out within a few minutes. The food was delicious. I got the honey sesame chicken, bejing beef, honey walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken. Everything was fresh and was very tasty. My favorites are the honey walnut shrimp and honey sesame chicken. I will def. be ordering from here again soon.

The food was not that good it was mediocre. The set up and décor is nice and the staff was nice too, but that is not enough to get me back in. A regular Chinese store food taste way better. Maybe because they are new or have young people making Chinese food. This place is like a mall food court food but worst. Hope they get better for the future.
