Insect growth regulator is about $ 15 for a box of 10 online you’ll be charged $ 30 for the same amount. Also he attempted to overcharge me even more then I started questioning it and he says I did the calculation wrong sorry. Oh don’t ask questions bc he knows «everything» this type of place can only exist in low income neighborhoods smh.

This place is so beyond unprofessional. They are rude, condescending and very difficult. I have a regular service contract with this company. They came out in the beginning of July and at the end of the month, I found and killed 5 little bugs in my bathroom. When I called to have someone come out, they told me they would bill me again. I was furious. The man I spoke to was rude and I asked to speak to the owner. She was not any better. She made an appt for someone to come out 4 days later. I asked for something earlier and she said she would try. She then left a message for me saying someone could come out on a day I am not available and proceeded to cancel the original appt before speaking with me. I told
Them I no longer wanted to work with them and would like my July payment back since it clearly didn’t work. She refused and told me to go somewhere else. No problem with that. I implore you, if you are reading this, do not use this company.

Their exterminators are varying, but the products they use work so well you are bound to see results with whom ever they send.
Bad News: Their customer service SUCKS! They answer the phones as if the are doing you a favor. I’m not sure when they got the idea they can speak to customers any kind of way and still receive their business, but this customer has standards. I refuse to support a business IGNORANT to the IMPORTANCE of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
