No thanks, asked for a delivery on a specific day, they were delivered a day prior. When I called I was very annoyed and without apologizing they just said that it was an honest mistake, sure I get it, they didn’t do it intentionally. Then followed up by saying it’s the week of Christmas and they were swamped, so I guess that means it isn’t their fault that they couldn’t read the correct date on the slipped they charged me $ 75 for. $ 10 delivery fee and $ 5 service fee, for what? Thanks for nothing pennypack. Love, very disgruntled grinch.

They lost my business last year when i went in asking about wedding flowers. The girl in the back didn’t bother to stop handling the flowers she was dealing with to come over and have a conversation with me. Instead she said come back in 2 weeks when we are a bit slower and not dealing with prom season. Was disappointed especially since i read good reviews about this place prior to my short experience there… I guess I shouldn’t have gotten my hopes up for high expectations of customer service. Probably short staffed. They did have a cute lassie dog walking around the store though… so because of that, they get an extra star.

Never have had a problem, and I’m sure if there was Lisa would have no problem fixing it. I love when my husband brings me home flowers from her shop she always adds that special touch to it !! Love Pennypack flowers!

Unbelievable how this owner is trying to twist things… First of all there is no way I was screaming because I work in an operating room & there were patients not 10 ft away from me when I called to ask about the vase & flowers. & yes, they were the wrong flowers also. Picture showed lots of orange & bright flowers including orange Gerber daisies, the main reason I picked that particular arrangement. There wasn’t a single orange flower in the bunch. Lots of dark but burgundy & purples. I really wish I could post pics here so you could see the difference. & although I didn’t see it she claims the website says substitutions can be made… For flowers? Really? Don’t people tend to order flower because of the type & the color. I hardly think if you wanted a dozen red roses for your wife’s birthday & pink carnations were sent that you would be very happy. & I also asked why I wasn’t simply called to ask if I was ok with the substitution & again was reminded, impolitely, that she had 3 weddings & a funeral. But that’s not the point… She did not explain anything calmly to a crazy screaming customer as she infered… She snapped at a calm, confused customer that she was simply too busy to deal with me & she hung up on me, not the other way around. It was only after my co-workers, who were sitting right next to me during the call, convinced me to go to the shop & speak to a manager. Little did I know the rude woman on the phone was manager/owner. So now this brings us to the shop… I did not scream nor did I demand another free arrangement as Lisa claims. In fact, all I said initially when she asked me what I wanted was for my $ 5 service fee back because I obviously didn’t get good service. She again suggested a new arrangement, which did me no good because the arrangement was for the weekend, hence the Friday delivery. But the thought of someone going & taking back an arrangement from my friend seemed barbaric. Which is why I told her absolutely not. Again, not the way she portrays it. Might I add that Lisa didn’t even walk to the counter to talk to me but instead kept working on her wedding center pieces for the 3 weddings she had that weekend. & yes, I did get irrate at that point & told her how rude she was but did not yell. Sarcasm, yeah… Definitely sarcastic at that point but no yelling. When I left, because it was obvious that she didn’t care at all, I said that I was going to tell everyone I know how unprofessional & rude she was… Twitter, Unilocal,etc… Her response… «I’m fine with that». As a side note… My friend was so upset with all of this that he couldn’t even look at the flowers & returned them. That is the only reason I’m getting a refund. No other reason at all. Althought I haven’t gotten it yet. With the way this owner lies… Who knows if I will.

My fiancé(now wife) had handled the flowers part of the wedding planning so this review is based upon her feedback and what I visually encountered the day of our wedding. We were extremely pleased with the services that Pennypack Flowers provided: Wrist corsages, boutineer’s, ceremony aisle/unity candle flowers, place card and table centerpieces(I may have forgotten a few others, can’t remember). From our initial consultation to the day of the wedding, the owner(Lisa) was very professional and friendly. Her shop is warm and inviting(we love her four legged companions that were hanging out in her store). They have a large stock/choices of flowers and arrangement options. Lisa has a good sense of design, very unique. The pricing was reasonable and competitive. They delivered as promised and the set-up was beautiful. Our guests made many positive comments about the flowers/arrangements. We especially liked the cylinder vases with orchids, stones and floating candles. They were beautiful. We would recommended Pennypack Flowers and would utilize their services again!

Lisa was so great to work with, she had wonderful and unique ideas for the arrangements at our wedding. Our guests were raving about the flowers the entire evening. Great prices and the flowers are great quality, they still looked beautiful when we returned home from our honeymoon. If you’re looking for a florist who really goes above and beyond, this is the place!
