Philly Pretzel Factory

I go there whenever I’m craving for pretzel. Very convenient location, just right cross of Jefferson building on 11^th st. The store is small, sometimes there is a line, but the line moves very fast. They have raised the price a bit for the last couple years, but it’s still reasonable. For one pretzel, it’s 80 cents (yes, you can get only one pretzel, it’s not listed on the menu though). For 5 big pretzels, it’s $ 3. Can’t beat the price for some «healthy» snacks.
My only complaint is that sometimes the pretzel is not warm, it makes me feel like the pretzels have been sitting there for a while. Although it’s not a big deal to me since I will just reheat it at home, but who doesn’t want enjoy a bite of a nice and warm pretzel at the moment you get the brown bag from the cashier? :)

My Family and I went to the philly pretzel factory in Belmore, it was a very small store, manager was friendly reasonably priced my husband and I didn’t care for them I asked my kids how did you like the pretzles and they said aunt Annie’s pretzles and movie Theatre were better.

I already loved the pretzels here and then they served heart-​shaped pretzels on Valentine’s Day and I was over the moon! I definitely recommend stopping here to all my friends!

Stopped by after being around Jefferson. Super convenient and very inexpensive. Staff was friendly and the pretzel was soft and chewy. Had the cheese sauce which was ok. The mustard was better.
Other pretzel shops in philly were better because I prefer more buttery pretzels

I love fresh Philly pretzels and this stop is perfect location on your way to El train. When I first moved to Philly, I was astounded at cheap prices for a fresh made snack. I AM originally from Illinois where the price for one pretzel is close to $ 4. So it’s wonderful to find Philly Soft pretzels all around. I needed a snack and rivets are perfect. Comes with cup of cheese. Easy to eat on El. employers very friendly. Pretzels are still fresh despite not being made at this little kiosk.

I’m so in love with this place! I ordered the pretzel bites with a cup of mustard and I was in salty heaven! You want to get a yummy, cheap, authentic Philly pretzel, come here

This Philly Pretzel location is always a reliable place to grab a cheap, tasty, salty, starchy snack.
I especially like this location for its friendly and helpful sales associates. They also bake onsite so they hardly ever run out of items, which can sometimes be an issue at the outposts.

Came here to try a Philly soft pretzel while I was in town and not only were they delicious but they were SO CHEAP! I bought 2 pretzels, 2 pretzel dogs, and 2 dipping sauces for $ 4.50!
The pretzels were salted just enough and had great flavor without any condiments. Definitely a favorite

This Pretzel Factory doesn’t give you 5 pretzels for $ 2 like other Pretzel Factory stores… they only give you 4 pretzels. They also refuse to stamp your Pretzel Factory membership card to get a free pretzel. I like the one in South Philly alot more!

Great prices. If you like stadium-​style soft pretzels, this is the place.

I love pretzels. I should rephrase that, I love anything carbs.
The Philly soft pretzel factory definitely delivers when I’m in the mood for a pretzel. Their pretzels are warm and freshly baked, with the perfect amount of salt. They also have non-​salted pretzels for anyone watching their sodium intake. I’m not a fan of their rivets because I think the ratio of exterior chewiness to interior softness is off so I typically just get their standard pretzels. They have stuffed pretzels (a philadelphia cheesesteak stuff pretzel to be exact) but I haven’t tried them yet.
The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because sometimes the pretzel dogs or pretzel sausages in their case look seriously dry and nasty which doesn’t look appetizing to the customers in line.

These are some of the greats pretzels out their and the prices are good also my family like the Philly Soft Pretzel Factory has some good pretzels. Sometimes i get 3 of them they are nice and soft they are not hard like some places i know. I got am philly soft pretzel factory in upper darby and sometimes i go their to get some of them pretzel. I do like them and i enjoy them.

Stopped in here during a day trip to Philly. Never had one of these amazing pretzels before… wish I could move into the neighborhood just to be able to get one any time I want!!!
Great pretzel. Warm, soft, slghtly salty, but oh sooooo yummy! Add a little mustard & you’ll be in heaven!

We stopped in a tourists for an authentic Philly pretzel, and weren’t disappointed. They were DIRT CHEAP ($ 1 for TWO!) and utterly delicious. Warm, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. Just heavenly.

I went to the doctor’s office at Jefferson Hospital today and decided to stop at the Philly Pretzel Factory to grab a quick snack. The place smelled great and they had a nice selection of Pretzels and Pretzel related foods.
I decided on the mini pretzels which had still had a fair amount of salt still attached to them They were delicious and most inside with a stretchy outer skin and there were 3 different kinds of mustard to choose from. After eating a couple mini pretzels, I looked in the display case and noticed all kinds of Pretzel concoctions.
There was a Hot Dog Pretzel, a Sausage Pretzel AND… a Cheesesteak Pretzel! Could this be? Some genius combined two of the most beloved and cherished food icons in Philadelphia’s existence and made it one neat, leak-​proof snack wonder? Before I tell you about the Steak Pretzel, I want to share with you how much The Philly Pretzel Factory has improved on the Soft Pretzel
I grew up with. First of all is the freshness’s Pretzel is served to me right in the factory that bakes them all day, and the
taste– they no longer taste like the newspaper they were wrapped up in or like the armpit of the shmuck on Roosevelt Blvd selling them to me and when I gave him a five dollar bill, he immediately stuck my bag of pretzels under his armpit to count my change. UGH! Our awareness of cleanliness has progress a hell of a lot over the years!
Anyway the Hot Dog Pretzel was good, The Sausage Pretzel was great and the Cheesesteak Pretzel was a flop. But you gotta try it for yourself. Maybe if it had some grilled onions and some good olé Philly Cheesesteak grease in it I might of liked it.
