Philly Screen

Utterly disappointed with this business and the owner Tim.
My wife was doing a fundraiser with our church youth group to help a farming project through an NGO in Guatemala. Tim made some samples that looked great. My wife used these few sample shirts to gain quite a bit of interest and collected pre-​order cash and checks from the youth and their parents. So far so good.
Long story short, Tim asked for the money upfront to complete the final order. Once he had it, as noted by other reviewers — the unanswered phone calls, emails, and excuses began. I even offered to meet him anytime/​anywhere to pick up the shirts but he said he didn’t have time — that he would ship them. He never did. Youth group totally disappointed and made my wife look like she was running some kind of scam.

Tim was incredibly accommodating for our T-​shirt order. We sent him the design late on a Thursday and our T-​shirts were finished in less than a week! Looking forward to working with Tim again.

I had a similar experience trying to order KC Chiefs shirts for Thanksgiving then Christmas gifts. I paid up front and then never received the merchandise. I have tried the BBB and they are unable to provide any assistance.
Everyone makes mistakes. Reputable people correct their errors when they recognize what has occurred. People who take money and knowingly don’t deliver (like Tim Nesmith) are thieves.
Buyer beware.
02÷24÷15 update: I’ve still never heard back from Tim Nesmith. Somehow, this outfit has scammed the the local BBB into improving their rating from ‘F’ to ‘B’. Philly Screen is a joke and the PA BBB is not much better. If you are thinking about doing business with Philly Screen, think again. Hard. If you are thinking about sending money to Philly Screen, don’t. This business is a scam.
08÷20÷15 update: Now these clowns have added my email address to their marketing blasts trying to get me to order and pay for more products that they will probably never deliver. AMAZING. If this review helps even one person to avoid giving these guys any money, it has been worth it.
