If I had a choice I would give this location 0 stars. Every employee handling food did not use gloves. While preparing food they used their bare hands directly. Those same employees would use the register and then go to the kitchen and prepare food. This left me with major disgust for Pizza Hut.

Pizza was a hour late. The driver called told us to come get him cause he doesn’t have GPS and is lost. Then he threaten to cancel our order if we don’t come and get him in 5 minutes. Called and complained to the manager and he said what do you want me to do? I can give you a $ 10 voucher.

Now this place all of a sudden doesn’t do delivery to me? This ridiculous! Not to mention receiving raw chicken that my child ate, that I didn’t catch til he brought me the bone. Never again, im so done with pizza hut

Pizza delivery 45 min late and order was not complete manager did not care for customer concerns. Never never will order from this pizza hit

Ok so after a good day of relaxing, I called these guys back and their store manager was super helpful and apologetic, I still can’t figure out how their delivery driver last night didn’t have a phone (huh?) but hey, things happen I guess and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were just having an «off night»

I’ve been a fan of Pizza Hut for years. And, in recent years, it’s troubled me to see so many locations close, and the quality of the survivors to fall off so steeply. So, I was very pleased to find this location open up a few months ago. I had two motivations to try this location, 1) It’s closer to me than the other location I usually go to, and 2) I know that most locations have their best quality when they first open. So, I thought I couldn’t lose… and I haven’t been wrong yet.
The food is ready on time, and the quality is definitely there.
I’ll be a regular customer, as long as the quality sustains…
