PlushCare Urgent Care

My family doctor retired a few months ago and finding a new one has been a nightmare. I recently got sick and contacted PlushCare. I was given an appointment time and to the minute the doctor called me. We discussed, in detail, my current symptoms as well as past medical information. My doctor was very professional and from the questions he asked, truly interested and concerned. The entire experience was effortless and I would definitely recommend PlushCare to everyone. After all, feeling good and being heathy is a good thing.

This would have been a 5 except for the horrible representative that I spoke to on the phone. I spoke to I think his name is Patrick, when you’re feeling sick the last this that you want to do is be poorly treated by someone on the phone. When I was asking questions he seemed throughly annoyed that I was asking him these questions about the services on the company he works for. The only thing that saved this ugly situation was the wonderful Dr. That I spoke to on the phone. Dr. Marks was kind and listened to me, he asked the questions that needed to be asked without all the attitude you get get from people in an urgent care center or waiting for hours in the emergency room. I got the prescription that I needed in less than 30 minutes that was sent to local pharmacy near me. He also sent a discount pharmacy prescription but I have insurance so it ended up being way cheaper using my own insurance, but for someone who doesn’t have insurance that could be dollars saved.
In a pinch would I contact them again, sure… but just in a pinch.

I don’t know how long PlushCare has been around, but they function like an experienced, well-​oiled machine! The customer service rep was friendly and made sure I got an appointment quickly. The doctor called me and we talked for about 15 minutes. He asked several questions about my symptoms and wanted to get to the bottom of my illness. He was sincere, cared about how I felt, and wanted to make sure I would get better. He gave me sound advice and sent my pharmacy a prescription that was ready within the hour. It was such an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants hassle-​free healthcare!

Yesterday, I woke up with what I thought was some type of sinus infection. I decided to try PlushCare out, as a friend had recommended it to me. I felt pretty crummy and didn’t feel like going out to see my doctor, so I set up an appointment and the doctor called me at our exact appointment time. We had a relaxed conversation and he prescribed me with some medication. It was a quick and easy process and I’m very impressed. I will use PlushCare again and highly recommend it to everyone else!

I recently got sick and started to worry when I would actually get seen by my doctor and the hassle that comes with attempting to make an appointment to see my primary care provider. I had figured I wouldn’t be able to come into his office until another 3 – 4 days and then wouldn’t get my lab results back for an additional 2 – 3 days; and then only I would be able to receive my medications. And so I decided to turn to PlushCare.
I was able to talk to a doctor within 15 minutes, he diagnosed me, and sent my prescription to a local pharmacy after the consultation. I picked up my medications within the hour at Walgreens. The PlushCare Urgent Care service was so simple and intuitive, I did not miss time from work at all nor did I have to wait a week. No wait times. No need to worry and stress for a week until I could finally get my medications. The fact that I gained the comfort and peace of mind to know I was diagnosed and treated successfully as soon as I became ill, I give PlushCare my highest recommendation!

I almost never write reviews but I felt like people need to know about this company. I will start off by saying I highly recommend plushcare. I am a veteran with a job that has good health benefits but I still found plushcare to be a great asset. With my job schedule and a 9 month old baby I found it hard to make it to the doctors office. Plushcare made it easy to schedule an appointment where I didn’t even need to leave my house. Also, I was able to talk to my Plushcare doctor while I traveled which is something I wouldn’t have been able to do with my previous doctor. Having a 9 month old I am able to call Plushcare to get answers anytime I have a concern with my son. Knowing that I have that access to great doctors whenever I need it takes a lot of the stress out of being a first time parent. Highly recommend!
