I don’t really have high expectations for most corner stores. As long as the food isn’t total crap and the prices aren’t off the charts, I’m usually happy. I’ve heard that Quick Stop’s falafel is pretty good. I’ve had a bite or two of my boyfriend’s sandwich so I’d agree(though Liberty Choice is by far the best in the area). I’ve also had their pasta salad and it was good enough to satisfy me so they pass when it comes to their food. It’s not gonna blow your mind, though. It’s also only one of three places in a 15 min walk radius of my house that you can get a SEPTA Transpass, so that’s always a plus.

quick stop really pisses me off sometimes, but i always find myself having to go there just because its so close to my house. the people that work there are definately not the sharpest tools in the shed. like ill be standing at the counter trying to order food, and the five people behind the counter just look at me and ignore me until they’re damn good and ready to finally ask what i want. and this usually takes a while because THEYWORKSLOWASSHIT. i swear to god i can make ten sandwiches in the time it makes some of these brainless people to make one. it takes me like twenty minutes to get six damn mozerella sticks out of this place. there really isnt anything nice to say about this place. saying it’s «convenient» is a gift, as it is over priced and the service is shit. its basically a ghetto 7 – 11 with higher prices and white trash instead of indians. but its there when i absolutely need it to be, the two stars are for its location, and semi-decent selection of convenience store type food.
