Lesson learned the hard way-don’t buy pre-bagged produce. It’s pre-bagged for a reason, to hide a multitude of partially rotten sins. Sure the prices are good, but the stuff goes bad in about two days. My search for a decent produce place goes on…

From reading the other review, I’m really hoping I just went here when they we having a phenomenally bad day. Maybe I’m spoiled by the produce places in Mayfair by my old job, but this place was AWFUL. The selection is not great. Everything is pre-bagged, so you have to take your veggies in the amount they want you to. The bags of leaf vegetables(spinach…pre-packaged, like you’d get from the grocery store) we half rotten and limp. I get what looks like the best of what I want and go up to check out. I got 2 mini packages of cherry tomatoes, a bag of spinach, a bag of cucumbers(3) and a bag of green peppers(3) and it was $ 14!!! The girl behind the counter didn’t hand me a receipt and rushed to start ringing up the person behind me before I could get my bags off the counter. I was stunned. I get home and start making dinner and the spinach smells a little odd(about a 1⁄3 was rotten), my finger sunk into the cucumbers(again, ½ rotten) and had to throw half of the cherry tomatoes away because again: ROTTEN.(Can’t bring them back, stupid girl didn’t give me a receipt!) I managed to salvage a small chunk and the spinach doesn’t taste right and the cucumbers taste bitter. Seriously, I will NEVER come here again. I’ll wait for Greensgrow Farms to do their Farmer’s Market.
