Aight, you dont have a lot of options in the airport hotel district and this one isn’t bad if you order what the waitress recommends. She said to stick with the burgers or crabcake and try the asparagus appetizer. Sounds wierd but we took her advice, the asparagus was grilled and topped in parm and pine nuts, there were also in a lemon sauce that was nice. Goes to show vegetables can be fun when covered in other things. Grant got the crabcake which he had trouble fitting into his mouth but he enjoyed it when he did. I got the burger because I wasnt feel like risky. Burger was decent,(4 stars if you want to run to vegas and marry fried onion straws). I wouldnt go out of my way to find this place but the food isnt bad.

I had breakfast here 2 days in a row and the food was on the lower side of ok, but the wait staff is very polite, courteous, and attentive. Sure, they weren’t too busy but both the gentleman and the lady waiter were very kind the both days I was there.

I’m not really sure why everyone is giving this place such bad reviews. I came here with my husband and 3 daughters and we all ordered the burgers. They were cooked to perfection and the buns were fantastic. I highly recommend the steak and egg burger or the bacon blue burger. The fries are fresh and nice and crispy. Cheryl was our server and she was so pleasant and accommodating. I would eat here again.

I ordered the Shrimp Po Boy which the menu states«Cajun shrimp, remoulade sauce, great coleslaw, toasted brioche bun». I literally got served two Po Boy sandwiches on hot dog buns. Seriously… toasted hot dog buns. The bar staff apologized and stated that that’s how they’ve always made their Po Boy sandwiches. The bartender even went so far as to say that hot dog buns are round, and that the Po Boy buns I was served are not round. Hot dog buns are in fact round, until you press them in a toaster. Avoid Relish! If they can’t impress you with their food then they’ll try and serve you some BS.

It’s hard to get a good meal when you don’t have a rental car. When you stay at one of the three Starwood hotels near the philly airport, your options are very limited. I declined eating at my hotel and wanted to come to the suites next door The menu is a bit larger but the focus is burgers. If you are not up for a burger or a sandwich, your options are limited. I started out with the soup of the day and it was jambalaya. There was no shrimp in it and limited sausage. I know it’s hotel food, but I expect more. It was warm and nice on a cold day, but I would of loved some spice. It just was not something that the chef really tried their best at. I have a feeling they can do better. For a main I selected the caesar salad with salmon. The salad was very large. Too big for one person. The chef just placed a few roman hearts on a plate and added some parm and croutons. I mean I can make a better salad. The salmon is the most over cooked piece of fish I have ever had. I think next time I will plan out a better location if I am staying near the airport. This was just not worth the cost for salad and soup-$ 24

:(I was hoping the food would at least taste good, for $ 29 bucks. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak(I mean, after all, this is Philly), sweet potato fries, and a slice of red velvet cake. I think, actually, the cheesesteak was made-to-order because it was not on their menu, which I found vaguely odd. At any rate, I had real high hopes. Unfortunately, the meat was luke-warm, rubbery and absolutely flavorless; worse, they barely put any cheese on it. And, the bread was thick and doughy tasting. They didn’t even bother toasting the bread; it was as though they pulled it out of the bread bag and put the meat right on. The sweet potato fries and red velvet cake were decent. I only hoped the«main event» was even a sliver of decent. Total waste. On the plus side, the wait staff are nice and very friendly.

I did not have high hopes for this hotel-based restaurant, but I had few choices while staying at the Aloft hotel across the street, which does not have its own restaurant. I made up my mind before I sat down that I would order whatever seemed least possible for the kitchen to mess up. I ended up going with the Soup of the Day(tomato basil) and a Caesar Salad with shrimp, but maybe I should’ve risked trying a burger. The soup came out in a very shallow bowl — probably no more than 10 ounces, which cost $ 6. It was lukewarm, and chunky — not with chunks of tomatoes, but almost the consistency of gazpacho. I had to chew the few spoonfuls I ate. I also pulled out what appeared to be a couple of fish bones or some other kind of sharp inedible objects. The salad was what you’d expect — except the romaine was cut into long, inconvenient strips /spears, and there were gobs of dressing on top. Maybe they were going for unique presentation, but I don’t enjoy having to do that much cutting just to eat a salad, and the dressing was overwhelming. The 8-or-so pieces of shrimp were seasoned and cooked well enough, but for $ 17($ 10 for the Caesar, $ 7 to add the shrimp), it wasn’t worth it. The ambiance was fine, and my server was polite and friendly, if a little slow. But I wouldn’t waste more money going back.

I am a Starwood supporter and have given this restaurant several chances, but I cannot recommend it except for its convenience at the corner of PHL airport. Salads are not always fresh(today’s was wilted with brown edges) and the food seems cooked with indifference as to how it was ordered.

We’ve been staying at the Sheraton for a week and we have avoided trying to eat at the restaurant. The staff are rude and will blatantly ignore you when you request help. Their sliders are made with American Cheese not Manchego cheese. If you’re looking for a quick place to stop in get their wings, but don’t expect anything worth writing home about. We had free appetizer coupons and we didn’t even want to bother with them. I can’t think of anything really positive to say about this place. They are way over priced for the quantity and quality of the food. If I were you I’d go over to the 4 points restaurant. They have better food, better service and just better all around. Except for the hotel rooms, but that is another review.

Awesome experience. I was a bit leary given some of the reviews. I was greeted warmly by the hostess as well as my server Pamela. The food took about 25 minutes. A little bit beyond what would hope but tolerable. I had the blue crab cake sandwich which was delicious. The loaded potato was ok but a bit light on toppings. As others have mentioned the prices are a bit high. Honestly though being without a car well worth it for a nice meal.

Well we sat down 10 minutes ago. There is one person at the bar, and the two of us. We still haven’t had anyone come by to take our order. Guy sat down at the bar a minute ago, and apparently he called for room service and it never showed up. Waiter finally moseyed out to see if we were ready to order, a minute after the guy at the bar finally took our order. Horrible service.

I can’t even begin to describe how bad the service is. I have never not left a tip but for this one I not only didn’t but I left exact change so there was nothing for the waiter. If you enjoy sitting and waiting for expensive sub par food this is the place for you. The burgers are ok but if you don’t have to I wouldn’t eat here. Their one advantage is they are the only thing here and nothing you can walk to. Such a shame because it is a decent hotel.

I guess it’s unfair to expect much out of a hotel restaurant, but if you act like a restaurant, I’m going to rate you like a restaurant. Slightly better than typical bar food, Relish Burger Bistro(quite creative name by the way) fails in many regards. — Ambiance(4⁄5) Relish is a little confused. Does it want to be a dimly lit, cozy restaurant, or does it want to be a sports bar? Still warm and inviting nonetheless. It felt and looked upscale. — Service(2⁄5) We sat ourselves down, grabbed our own menu, and with one waitress for the entire area, waited for quite some time. Everything took time to put out. She seemed like she was obligated to serve us rather than happy to serve. — Philly Cheese Steak, $ 12,(2⁄5) For $ 12, all you get are 2 big cheese steak sandwiches… no sides, no nothing. The bread is your run of the mill bread. The meat was fairly dry. More onions would’ve helped the juiciness a lot, but I might have found 2 or 3 little clumps. — Value(2⁄5) After considering the fact that you get only the cheese steak, and not a very good one at that, the value here isn’t too good. I’m guessing most don’t ever return anyway, since it’s in a hotel, but I’ll certainly be finding somewhere else to dine the next time I’m staying at the Sheraton Suites.

Decent Buffalo wings but pricey. There is nothing around within walking distance to eat so if you’re here for a conference and don’t have a car you’re stuck. The food is ok but way over priced. At the bar a small glass of wine is $ 9.

The bar service is extremely disappointing although the burgers are fantastic. The servers are great at looking the other way when your beer is empty. Problem is, the bars around these hotels is limited. The food was decent, although portions were small. I would look for another place to eat.

Sheraton’s Relish Burger Bistro is a chain-concept restaurant found within many Sheraton hotels around the country. The idea is very simple… lots of people like burgers in a relaxed settings, so the Sheraton chefs have dreamed up a menu with many different types of burgers to keep you happy. The Relish Burger Bistro(RBB) is the in-house coffee shop /relaxed eatery, and so they offer a breakfast /lunch /dinner menu for those staying at the Sheraton or one of the nearby hotels around the Philly airport. The restaurant is bright and airy, and it contains a bar area as well as numerous small tables for a solo meal, or dining in small group settings. For lunch today I had a crab cake burger, which was a nice amount of lump crab meat packed into a pattie with minimal breadcrumb filler to hold everything together. The burger was served with a leaf of Romaine lettuce and this big ol’ honkin’ monster multi-grain bun. There was a lime garlic aioli sauce as well as traditional tartar sauce on the side, and a serving of freshly-shredded coleslaw which wasn’t drenched with sauce. The crab cake and slaw were delicious, but the bun was overwhelming and it quickly got stripped away. I noticed that other diners had pulled off the top buns on their burgers and were eating everything with a knife and fork. Perhaps a gentle nudge to the kitchen to provide some options for«lighter» dining?

I would rate Relish Burger Bistro as «very good» hotel food. My wife ordered a garden salad that was a very large portion, my kids split a good sized grilled cheese platter, and I had a chicken club platter that was very tasty. A bonus for this Bistro is that they carried a good selection of wine. We picked a Beaulieu Vineyard’s(BV) Cabernet Sauvignon that was very good; at least 90 points(just kidding, I have no idea how to rate wine according to points but this wine was good). When we lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, we regularly enjoyed BV wines and visited the winery in Napa a handful of times. It was nice to see this wine on the menu. Kudos to the Bistro sommelier on hand selecting a fine wine menu.

You get to teh Sheraton Hotel at the Philly airport, plan to be able to eat some good food. This place is a burger joint that makes any burger the way you want it or be able to pick on of their classics. It’s fresh and a hand made burger, it will exceed the expectations on the food. The only thing to be aware of is the servers… they are really old… like old and move kinda slow, so if you want to drink order your refill when the first is served…

If you enjoy tomato soup that tastes like it came from your school cafeteria and burnt steak then this is the place for you. Rude service I received was just an added bonus. Nothing like hearing your waitress gripe about how many hours she has been working without a break. Then having her interrupt your meal to tell you to settle the check before she leaves(we hadn’t even ordered our dessert yet). Oh and the plus is that after eating here we had such bad stomach issues we spent most of the next day stuck in the bathroom. Avoid…
