Doctor is fine but the receptionist is horrible. I wanted to find out something about my mother’s treatment in the past and she kept insisting on making an appointment. When I told her my mother is very busy taking care of the grandkids and we don’t want to come in unless there is a need, the receptionist said, «we’re open 7 days/week, she can make time.» Who is she to say if we can make time??? Very unprofessional. Would not go back because of her

My family had been long time patients of this practice. We had to switch insurance companies and could no longer come here. When my husband went to a new dentist, he had found out the root canal he had done was only partially completed. They was still a root there that needed to be removed. Almost a year after the visit we receive a collection notice. Not once did we receive a bill!!! Directly to collections. Not to mention we had to pay deductibles to have the root canal finished!

Professional, precise, friendly and cleanliness are all words I’d use to describe this practice. Doctor Ip has really figured out what it takes to run a dentist’s office that makes you feel comfortable when you step foot in the door. Doctor Ip is extremely knowledgable and very astute when explaining complex medical terms. His staff is very friendly and efficient. I had a lot of work done in a reasonable amount of time and the results were as good as I’ve ever seen. He’s definitely earned my business as a return customer.
