Excellent service. Every time I went here, I ordered a sausage wrap and was never disappointed with the quality. For the HUGE line of customers he usually has, the orders are finished quickly. Rich is an awesome guy. After only my 5th time there, he recognized me and knew what I was going to order. My only complaint is that the hours could be strict at times and the prices are a bit much for me to go there on the regular. I give this establishment an 8.5÷10.

Richie’s is awesome. The food is great and the service in fast. Even when there is a line he gets everyone’s order right and he gets it out reasonably fast. The coffee is also amazing. Two potential downsides: lines and no sleeves for coffee.

Richies was one of the first places I started going to have lunch when my job was relocated down at the university. I choose them because they appeared to be the cleanest. One day I brght my lunch from home a salad, I left my dressing so I went to Richies to buy a side of dressing, he had about 50 dressings stacked that I could visibly see from the other side of the counter. I asked to buy one an he told me he couldn’t sell them they were for his salads. Mind you its abt 4:00 pm, an he closes abt 5:00 pm an you can’t sell me 1 salad dressing? Your not gonna sell that many salads in an hour buddy. Another time I was there it was during summer break an I got in line an he let me stand there an waited on people before he told me he was closed. At that point I realized he is prejudice an will never get a dime of my money. I kindly took myself to the Adriatic Grille an brght dressing for 50 cent with no problems. I have no problems supporting other businesses that appreciate a sale.

I stopped here on a football recruiting visit with my younger brother and his teammates. If you’re from out of state and visiting in Philly you obviously have to have cheese steaks. The student hostesses recommended this place and it did not disappoint. The owner was very nice and friendly and the cheese steaks were unbelievably good. I hope to come back again just for the cheese steaks.

Best place on Temple’s campus to grab a cup of coffee. Quick, efficient and strong! Always a pleasure talking with Richie as well.

Richie definitely sells the place. He’s great, polite, remembers you and your order; basically he lives for the business and that’s what you want in your everyday spot. Breakfast sandwiches are really awesome. Get the has brown in it. Chicken finger platter is another good one, and the other stuff is decent too. Affordable, quick, tasty. Can’t recommend enough.

An amazing establishment with possibly the friendliest, most efficient cashier you’ll ever meet. The food is amazing, the menu is extensive, and you will receive your order in minutes. Fastest place to grab breakfast on campus, and is pretty inexpensive at the same time. I highly recommend Richie’s, you can tell they live by their motto«Great food and great service».

Richie is the best. He remembered my name from the first time I ever went, and has since then never failed to make me smile and laugh every time I go. He will remember your favorite orders and how you like your coffee. Even when it gets crowded around lunch time, I never wait too long. There have been a couple times where I somehow forget to bring money out and he will let me pay him back the next day, and never make me feel bad for being a scatterbrain. It’s so special to have a spot on campus with great food but also an amazing personality to welcome you every time. And now he takes card for those who don’t always have cash on hand!

Best food on campus. Richie and his guys are some of the only people I trust to make me food on campus. Plus, if you bring a reusable mug, coffee is $ 1.00.

Best place to eat on campus. Good food, amazing service, college kid prices. Breakfast wrap is a must. I’ve been going here since I was in school til now that I’ve been graduated for 4 years and not only does Richie remember my name, he remembers my order too. I don’t know how he does it.

The only thing special about this spot is the man himself. Ritchie can completely turn your day around with just his personality. Amazing guy and, as if it wasn’t enough, he has good muffins too!

Richie was one of my first friends coming to Temple. I remember getting a breakfast sandwhich my first day of classes and him being so nice to me. He remembers everyones name and is always accomodating food wise. He caters to everyone and is so enthusiastic about his work. He can make any bad day good and put a smile on your face when you order. His food is great and decently priced. I reccomend getting the chicken finger wrap with curly fries! The line is always long because he is clearly a favorite of many students and faculty but even with the line he is quick and friendly. Richies will always have a place in my heart(and stomach!) and I will always count on him to give me a big smile and big cup of coffee!

Richie is the god damn truth. I’ll admit I didn’t eat here all the time, but if you get anything on a long roll it will be delicious.

Richies has some of the best food and definitely the best customer service on Temples campus! I really loved the house salads and wraps here! Fresh and reasonably priced! But you really can’t go wrong with anything from here! The wait time is pretty quick but there generally is a long line during lunch and dinner time during the school year! If you are in a rush just call ahead and it will be ready by the time you get there! If you are on Temple’s campus, you need to go to Richies!

Where do I begin? Richies first of all is one of the friendliest, most happening places on Temple University’s campus. I ate there nearly every day I attended and when I worked for the university, I ate there often as well. The food is reasonably priced, which to anyone(college students and employees alike) is wonderful. No corners cut at Richie’s whatsoever. He ensures that all food is fresh and prepared to order. Nobody ever leaves unhappy is Richie’s motto. Richie became more than my deli guy. He became one of my great friends when I as in college and is one for life. Go there, you’ll keep going back.

The only negative thing about Richies is that he takes the weekends off usually. I would say that I’d be there almost every day, but I usually am. Whether it’s the bacon-longroll-hotsauce, hot pastrami, Richie wrap, or just a cup of coffee, Richie hooks it up. Come through more than once and order the same thing, he’s going to know your name your face and your order. Jeremy Maclin and every Temple athlete will be able to attest to how cool of a guy Richie is, and how good the food is. Professors and students alike flock to his stand over all the others. If you ever want to see what’s looking good today, he’s constantly updating his Twitter and Instagram with the most juicy food porn. Just recently, he’s added hot dogs to his arsenal of breakfast foods and lunch fare. If you’re around Temple University, stop by Richies. He’s the real big man on campus.

Richie’s definitely has the best customer service out of all the stands at Anderson. He’s polite, he remembers my face and my favorite orders, and he smiles. Unfortunately, his food is not as great as his service. It’s just straight forward lunch food. The chicken finger platter is awesome w/the honey mustard. I love his reuben, hot pastrami, etc, — good, basic sandwiches. Even though this place is really affordable, there are still other trucks on campus that offer similar food for a cheaper price. I’ve never had a bad experience, but if it were not for Richie himself, this place wouldn’t stand out.

One half of me wants to have tried out all the food trucks on campus, and the other half just wants a consistently good meal, so probably 7 out of 10 times I end up at Richie’s for a turkey on rye and large coffee. I like knowing that I’ll be met with a familiar face and a friendly smile, and that I’ll be happy with whatever I order. Comfort food at its simplest.
