Richmond Nails & Spa

Came in for a simple gel manicure and eyebrow waxing. The salon is clean and cute space at a corner of Richmond St. They have over a dozen of gel color but I decided to go with bubble bath OPI. The lady who serviced me was the store owner. (I believe her name was Tina, I’m not sure) She’s an older woman but she doesn’t not look old at all! She’s amazing sweet and gentle. She took great care of me and when I asked her not to use the machine to smooth my nails out (because other salons would recommend this because they don’t know how to properly give you a clean cuticle without the machine) and she used a buffer instead. As you can see from the picture my nails are flawless and well cleaned! Thank you!

I love this place, so clean, friendly staff, very good service. The owner decorates the place so nice and comfy that makes you feel the warmth inside. Did I say they are very clean??? Ask for Tina, she’s very nice and fun. The down side is that sometimes you don’t understand what they are saying most of the time :)

I can’t wait to go back. After a nifty haircut, a pedicure turned my hooves into satin slippers in 25 minutes while I sat in the massage chair. Thanks, Tina.

Nice staff, clean and the prices are very reasonable.
I’ve been getting my hair cut by Tina for 8 years and I always get compliments.
I also get my nails done and the occasional pedicure. I have always found them to be very attentive and I get wonderful results!
All in all one it’s my favorite salon.

As a plus the shampoo girl gives the best scalp massage I’ve ever had!

It’s very hard to find a professional, friendly-​staffed, very clean nail salon in most parts of Philly, in my opinion. But I’d say this place in definitely the exception! They are the nicest, cleanest, reasonably priced salon that I’ve ever been to. I mean sure, there’s much nicer nail salons in the city but they’re upscale and come with the high prices to match. For the prices Richmond Nails charges, I think you more than get your money’s worth! I’ve been going there pretty much since they opened and highly recommend them for waxing. They give the most on point brazilian waxes I’ve ever had and even though I’ve moved from Bridesburg I still travel to see the owner for my monthly splurge!
