Rite Aid

Live in neighborhood and this rite aid is very convenient but my recent experience with a male head Pharmacist have been very unpleasant. He comes across as not very helpful and customer friendly. Very rude and not very courteous, felt like a nighmare dealing with him Even left a message on my phone and never identified himself on the message.

This is honestly the worst store I’ve ever been to my entire life. I really thought about it too, and yea, it’s the worst.

Walked around forever. No one offered to help me. But thank goodness the deodorant is behind a plastic guard. Can’t tell you how safe that made me feel.

I am losing faith in this store. I have been going to Rite Aid for years for my prescriptions. On the evening of December 12, 2013, I dropped off an underwater disposable camera for processing. My boyfriend and I purchased an overpriced underwater disposable camera while on vacation in Belize and used it to take photos of the coral reefs while we snorkeled and spear fished. According to what is posted in the store, the photos should be processed within about a week. I waited over 2 weeks and went back on Friday, December 27, 2013. Three store employees looked for the photos and told me they were not there and recommended that I come back. I went back on Monday, December 30, 2013 and still no photos. It doesn’t seem like there is any one person at the store that works in photo processing. No one is ever in that section and I always feel like I am bothering the employee at the front counter when I need assistance in photo processing. I am starting to get the feeling I will never see these photos. I’ve worked in customer service and no one at this store offered to look into this and call me back. All they can say is sorry and to keep checking.
After talking to my friend, I learned she had the same problem at Rite Aid and they never found her photos.
Do not take your film to Rite Aid! After this experience, I may have to find another pharmacy all together.
