I searched far and wide for a good appliance place RS came highly recommended should have listened to my lady when the transaction was done she said the sales person did not say thank you. When the washer was delivered the service person could not remove the old washer for whatever reason but tried to claim a removal fee. Also they did not install anything or unlock the washer tub. So I made a call to the seller and after a 3 day wait the same repair person returns to tell me how quiet the agitator was after reminding him he never unlocked the tub or did any installation he then proceeded to correct me by saying he had done the installation i then asked then why couldn’t I wash my clothes for 3 days his response was well its working now… a week later the hoses in the back of the washer started to leak called a third time and again 3 days later a new service team showed up and told me I would have a replacement asap. The next day the original seller and the same person I spoke to all 3 times I called to complain about the constant delays tells me I have 2 options get a check refund in a week or so or call the manufacturer for service… I then explained my 2 options were the first being a replacement, an apology for selling a POS item, and the thank you I never got when I purchased my second option would not be a check but a return to my credit card of which posted 3 days later… bottom line Robert Stevens is ass I dont know how they got the reputation they have. The employees must get bonuses for posting for them ???

Sratch and Dent was reccomended to me by my contractor 10 years ago and it now is my go-​to place for all my appliances. I have literally fully outfitted two kitchens from here-​and all GE fridges, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves… I have saved thousands. Don’t be put off by the title, this is not a place of wrecked cast offs! These items are fully functioning with minor imperfections and you will find some are in perfect condition, but the box was damaged so couldn’t be sold at full price. They carry a pretty extensive range of items from basic models to top of the line. You will have to select from the stock on hand at any given time, so if your heart is set on a exact model and color, you may be disapointed, but if you are flexible and frugal-​this is your place. And they deliver!

I was a bit hesitant to buy an appliance at a «scratch and dent» place. Thought that there would be some exterior damage to the product.
To my surprise, the washer that I purchased from Dan, a great salesman at Robert Stevens, was perfect — not even a small scratch on it.
Although the choices were somewhat limited, I found what I wanted and the price was competitive.
Scheduling, delivery and installation were effortless to arrange. Not only did they come during the 3 hour delivery window but the driver called to let me know that they were coming within the hour and they were on time.
