DJ Rashaun and the Scratch team were AMAZING to work with!!! I can not sing their praises enough!!! They were superb! Liz was our music manager — she was professional, thorough, and attentive. It was a delight to work with her.
DJ Rashaun was relaxed, professional, and spun like no other! He kept everyone coming back for more. Our guests are still talking about how great he was!!! I wish I had the soundtrack of the entire wedding day, because it was freaking perfect.
On top of it all, Scratch’s Music Match tool was totally rad and insanely helpful in creating our custom soundtrack and musical vibe for our wedding.

From start to finish, Liz and DJ Qlassick were both incredibly helpful with our wedding planning and execution. They both reached out the right amount of times pre-​wedding to make sure they had the right understanding of the timeline and our desired music selection, and those sessions felt much more like «fun» than «work.» The music match website it super easy to use. At the actual wedding, Qlassick was attentive, flexible, and got along well with all guests, and most importantly, everyone was on the dance floor (and this includes guests ranging in age from 12 to 96). I highly recommend DJ Qlassick and Scratch Weddings.

I cannot say enough about the phenomenal job DJ Qlassick and the whole team at Scratch did for our wedding! We were so impressed from start to finish. The music match website is so easy and makes it really fun to pick your wedding playlist! Liz was extremely helpful and answered all my emails quickly and thoroughly. When it came time for the actual wedding, Qlassick had everyone on the dance floor and really got the party going. I was concerned with having a Sunday wedding, that guests wouldn’t be in a party mood. But Qlassick was able to read the room seamlessly and played to all kinds of tastes. Now that the wedding is over, the feedback we are getting is how much fun everyone had dancing and how incredible the music was! He was also very nice, very funny and very professional. Maybe I’m biased, but he was the best wedding DJ I have ever experienced. I would recommend Scratch to ANYONE!

I recommend Scratch Weddings for anyone looking for a DJ service for a wedding or any event. I cannot overstate how well managed and helpful they were in planning my wedding. Adrienne and Liz were so well organized and responsive in coordinating the efforts leading up to the wedding, and DJ Cincere absolutely killed it, not only as a DJ, but also as an MC/​entertainer during our reception. They made it so much easier on me and my wife in planning my wedding and would love to work with them again if an opportunity pops up in the future!

I can’t say enough great things about Scratch Weddings! DJ Cool Out did an amazing job at our reception at the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. He perfectly mixed all the music we picked out and kept people on the dance floor the entire night! He was very professional and love his laid back style. Our Wedding Manager Liz was great to work with – always prompt responses and very helpful. I highly recommend Scratch Weddings to anyone who is considering using a DJ. They definitely eliminated my opinion of your typical, cheesy wedding dj :) Thanks so much for everything!

I can’t praise Scratch enough for the amazing job they did at my wedding this past weekend! DJ Qlassick had almost everyone dancing at my wedding! It was such a good time! He was awesome. I had such a great experience with the company overall as well. They really answered all my questions right away! Liz was amazing. Seriously you have to use this company for your wedding or event! You will not regret it!

DJ Qlassick was AMAZING!!! Its like he knew exactly what the guests wanted to hear. The energy of our night was at a high right up until the end. My guests thought DJ Qlassick was the best they have ever encountered and many commented on how they danced more at our wedding then any other, even their own children’s! It was perfect from start to finish and I could not be happier.
Liz was great as well and made all the details so easy and was accessible even when we needed a last minute change.

I can’t say enough about Scratch and what an awesome job they did for our wedding. We started working with Liz and she was friendly, approachable and always ahead of the curve when it came to providing us with the info we needed to put together for them to keep things running smoothly.
DJ Cool Out was suggested for us and after some research on his bio, we realized we hit the jackpot when it came to awesome DJs. From the introduction call and that point forward, we knew we had the right DJ for us.
At the actual wedding, he showed up right on time, set up without issue and was polite and friendly to everyone involved in putting the reception room together. Because neither of us had the time to meet him in person before the reception, DJ Cool Out went out of his way to track us down after our ceremony pictures and introduce himself and see if we had any questions before the reception started. Then he told us he was looking forward to a fun night with us. He couldn’t have been any more pleasant! He went on the nail the intro song, the first dance all of the announcements, toasts and emceeing that needed to be done for the night.
When it came time to get people on the dance floor, he wasted zero time making that happen and our guests loved it! DJ Cool Out played every song on our «must play» and based off that, found the perfect complimentary music to fill in the blanks and keep every guest having fun. We had specifically told him no requests from guests and he honored this professionally and politely when guests did approach. At one point, he did catch me when I was trying to rehydrate (after being on the dance floor for who knows how long) and very nicely told me multiple guests had requested slow songs. He went on to say that I’m the bride and it’s up to me, he will play whatever I want, but he just wanted me to know that’s what people were asking for and he would be more than happy to play that if I wanted to oblige my guests. I did and it was a very nice touch — all couples hit the dance floor for two slow songs and I’m really glad he suggested it since I actually didn’t even think of it.
We considered the music a crucial part of the overall wedding experience since we had a very lively group of guests and DJ Cool Out certainly didn’t disappoint. I would recommend him to anyone for any occasion. Seriously — you can’t go wrong with him.

Scratch Weddings did a terrific job with all of the music details for our wedding reception. Their MusicMatch software let us pick songs for every part of the ceremony, and even when we couldn’t finalize our music until the day before the wedding, they were still great about taking our input at the very last minute. Our DJ (DJ Qlassick) was fantastic. He made sure he got a good sense from us on what sort of participation we wanted from him (how much we wanted him on the mike during the night), how we wanted him to introduce the wedding party, etc. He was respectful, professional, gave us exactly the mix of music we wanted, and executed all of his duties unobtrusively. We couldn’t ask for any better (and all at a great value) from Scratch and DJ Qlassick!

Scratch Weddings did a great job for my sister’s wedding, I really liked Liz Schenck who I primarily dealt with leading up to the big day. They use a program called Music Match which helps you map out the songs you’d like played during each section of the night — ceremony, cocktail hour, dancing, bouquet toss, etc. Everyone was very professional and responsive. We had DJ Cincere who was great, he did a great job at playing the music we selected and also improvising as the night went along with guest requests, etc. He also did a wonderful job «MC’ing» the event and dictating the flow of the evening, which was great. I’d highly recommend Scratch Weddings.

Scratch Weddings was fantastic — they made it really easy to plan for all of the music we wanted at our wedding. I booked our wedding date through Mariela, though we mostly worked with Liz throughout the planning process. The spreadsheet that they gave us was really helpful as a guide to think about specific songs we needed to choose. We were able to give them a sampling of our favorite music, so that they had a good idea of what to play. Liz worked with our caterer to make sure we had all the proper equiptment — especially after we changed the room set-​up by adding a tent to the back porch of our venue.
We had a choice of 4 DJs originally and we decided to go with DJ Qlassick after watching some videos on the Scratch website. A little before the wedding, we were able to schedule a conference call with Liz and DJ Qlassick to go over everything — name pronunciation, song lists, must-​plays, and do-​not-​plays. We went through the night’s timeline and were even able to send DJ Qlassick some songs, via Dropbox, that aren’t acyual songs — different clips from video games and things like that that some of the groomsmen wanted as their intro music.
DJ Qlassick arrived early on our wedding day to get set up and he helped get the party started! The music was just what we had asked for and everyone had a wonderful time dancing.

Hands down the best! We used scratch for our wedding in mid March and not only were the reasonably priced but the staff was kind and listened to us. Big plus– videos of each DJ to choose from and sample song mixes– this made the decision on why we choose Scratch. Liz was amazing at coordinating everything, she called or wedding venue and made sure we had the proper speakers, if a PA system was needed (not needed– Liz kept our cost down-​unheard of). Also Liz gave us lists from other weddings and great examples for mother/​son dance, walking in dance, etc. These lists helped us so much! Now to our DJ Andrew Hugh, fantastic does not describe how perfect he made the day! We had some crazy requests for songs and each one was met, we wanted a different song for each person that entered, it went perfectly! He did not talk a bunch of nonsense on the microphone, Andrew watched the guests to see what kept people moving. He was everything we wanted and more. He also made sure to say our parties names perfectly! We have suggested scratch to others getting married and they are using them. If u are wondering on who to use, choose Scratch.
