The positive: This store is immaculate.
The negative: The shopping experience is just downright unpleasant. Everything from the parking lot to the fluorescent lights to the store signage screams circa 1982. The checkout line is invariably slow. I was asked if I wanted to join the rewards program at checkout — I thought — that means I would have to come back to use my rewards — why would I do that?
Honestly, this place is fine if you want to run out and buy a screw driver, spackle or a washing machine without dealing with any crowds (I’ve never seen more than five customers here — which begs the question about checkout being so onerous). However, I much prefer the local hardware store.
