An open letter to Sedgwick Station Apartments:
To Whom It May Concern,
As per usual this time of year, the Sedgwick Station maintenance crew has begun their quest to stand outside my apartment window and shout the most offensive things their limited intelligence can muster. This morning, I awoke to the customary flood of «motherfuckers,» «bitches,» «n — -,» etc. This time, though, they added «pussy juice» to their ever-​growing list of profanity.
Pussy juice.
I want to type it out a few more times so perhaps you begin to feel the same level of revulsion as I had to experience this morning upon hear it repeated over and over in various contexts.
Pussy juice, pussy juice, pussy juice.
There.
I called the on-​site leasing office, but like always, they humored me to my face and said they’d «take care of it,» but I know that within a week (maybe even a day, who knows?), these morons will be standing outside my window yet again, checking off a list of vulgarity that would get nearly everybody else in the entire galaxy FIRED for saying, let alone shouting, on the job.
I’m a resident of Sedgwick Station Apartments, and I’ve emailed about this issue before (sad that it even had to happen the first time, by the way), but of course, nothing is ever done about anything in this hellhole of an apartment complex. From half-​assed repairs to terrible customer service, it’s safe to say that this place should be an embarrassment to your company, but I doubt any other places you run are any better. If the Galman Group creates «great places to live,» I’d sure love to know where the hell they are because it ain’t Sedgwick Station Apartments. I’d ask for my lease to be terminated early, but I’m sure you probably wouldn’t accommodate me on that front either, since you’re the worst management group I’ve ever dealt with, so I’ve already submitted my letter to have my lease terminated in January. I can honestly say it will be the happiest day of my life.
I’d thank you for your concern on this matter, but since I know you don’t give a shit, I won’t.
