I went to Sleepy’s to buy a new bed frame and mattress. I had spent some time in the internet browsing styles and prices, so I pretty much knew what I wanted when I went to the store, but wanted to try out different mattresses. The sales associate who helped me, Maria Anna Parades, gave me the bed frame I wanted and the mattress I found most comfortable for 50%. I couldn’t find either item available for a cheaper cost online. The bed frame was out-of-stock at the time I ordered it, but instead of waiting for it to come from the manufacturer, Maria called other Sleepy’s retailers and found one who had what I wanted in their inventory. It was then shipped to their store. After that, she called to set up a delivery time. The delivery time was set from 1 – 5 on a Sunday(convenient, no?), and the delivery men arrived at 4:45. It took them literally 7 minutes from the time they knocked on the door to the time they shut our front door to bring everything into the bedroom(yes, there was a flight of stairs) and assemble it. They took all the trash with them and were incredibly professional. What I thought was going to be a miserable experience turned out to be easy-peasy. Go figure!
