Dr. Smith is a pleasant enough man, however, my experience with his office was awful. First off, Dr. Smith was late to the appointment, despite that I had the first appointment of the day. It was also clear that he was in a rush — he did not offer to answer any questions and the whole appointment took approximately 4 minutes. The worst though was that weeks later I received a bill for a $ 175 «procedure.» This procedure was simply Dr. Smith quickly clipping off a corner of a nail. I called Dr. Smith and he agreed to waive the fee. However, an hour later, the woman in charge of billing called me back and said that they could only reduce the fee by $ 25, regardless of what Dr. Smith said. She claimed that it was not fair for them to waive the fee. But how is it fair to tell me that the fee is waived and then tell me that, on second thought, the fee isn’t waived?! I highly recommend a more professional, organized, and straight forward podiatry office.
