I haven’t had good experiences with these off shoots of Sprint stores. The last one I went to messed up my entire account and plan and I remember getting a bill for 1000+ texts, lol.
Anyway, I was having issues with my micro SD card, camera and keyboard on my Lotus Elite. Instead of going to the Sprint Store @ Adams Avenue, I opted to go to this location just based on the customer service provided to me over the phone. The chick at the Adams Ave location seemed too busy with her own cell phone and gave me wrong info. The gentleman who I spoke to from Dax was so very helpful!!!
I dropped my phone off on Wednesday and it was ready on Friday. Brand new phone, info transferred, easy as pie!
The guys are all friendly and very courteous. No attitudes at all. If you have Sprint and need something fixed, I would recommend this place. And believe me, it pays to have insurance added to your phone. The $ 7 extra each month on your bill is SO much better than having to shell out over 200 on a new phone!
Also, this IS a Sprint Authorized Dealer, so all is good.
