Starbucks

Easily the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Everything is as you’d expect from a Starbucks, so no magical coffee — but I definitely appreciate the kind and friendly staff before my work commute!

Although sometimes the lines are long, I’m there almost every day & love that they know my name, my drink order, & always welcome me like an old friend! Of course, my drinks are always perfect!

Very friendly and quick service. They had cold brew available, which has been hard to find recently, especially later in the day.

I walk in they see me, I go pay and then pick my coffee up in two minutes. Can’t ask for more. One of the guys who is been working there for a while, and is been making my coffee all the time almost, u will be missed buddy. Thanks for making my frap always delicious

A great place, good atmosphere, great area, excellent WiFi, electrical receptacles and everything you would expect from Starbucks. Prices MAY be a bit higher for we’re in an affluent neighborhood.

Is a good location, can get slow and some times they don’t pay attention to details of orders!

I really wish this Starbucks was bigger. It’s such a nice place to study but it gets so crowded. However, it does have good (working) wifi!

I have been to many Starbucks in the Philadelphia area. Generally, I have had fair to excellent service. This Starbucks is an exception in terms of poor service and nasty employees. There is definitely a need for the employees to get diversity training. People of color who are casually dressed are rudely profiled as thieves or undesirables. This has happened to several of my African American and Latino friends. as
me. Rude staring, whispered comments and indifferent and downright rude service is the norm for any person of color who dares to enter this establishment. One barista actually had his head turned watching us as he attempted to prepare a drink. I asked one of the baristas if there are issues or problems that I need to know about. Instead of an explanation or a referral to the manager, my question was rudely dismissed. I very rarely go to this Starbucks so what possible issues they may have had with me or my friends eludes me. You can be sure that I won’t patronize this shady, racist establishment again. This store is the bottom of the barrel in terms of Starbucks in the area. and an embarrassment to Starbucks in general

I stop here occasionally when I’m parked in the lot across the street. It is a small Starbucks, but the service is awesome here. The only issue I’ve ever had is that sometimes when it gets really busy they tend to over sweeten their coffee. Which doesn’t affect me much since I usually order an iced coffee. I can fix that by adding extra milk. With other drinks though I think it can be overwhelming.

This is the Starbucks right near the Whole foods and it’s fine. Gets crowded during peak hours and the staff is pleasant enough.

If this place didn’t sell Starbucks products and have the Starbucks logo all over the place, I’d confuse it for a local, neighborhood coffee shop.
The building itself is pretty small and there isn’t much seating space, but it’s cozy. It’s my place for a coffee treat so I’m not sure what’s like during the work rush, but I’ve never had to wait too long to place my order or receive my drink. The sugar area is always clean.
Not sure how this place will hold up once all the new Granary residents are moved in and there’s a whole new set of foot traffic, but for now it’s a pleasant experience.

This is a smaller Starbucks, but their service has been on point each time I come. They are fast and polite and since they are smaller, I dont have to worry about them forgetting about putting my Spinach Feta wrap in and then finding me for it (like has been true for larger Starbucks) No issues with that for me. Parking can be a pain in the butt, since there is construction going on and it can be a busier area. There’s a parking lot across the street for Whole Foods, but I’ve never been ballsy enough to park there and walk over.

I would have given this place a 5 star but everytime I order the green tea frap it taste like a vanilla bean frap. But its still pretty good and can’t complain. The service here is amazing. Its always busy and so hard to get parking if you have to drive around a couple of times. Wish they had drive thru… lol. The spinach wraps also very good. Love love it.

I always get a very tasty mocha from this shop. I do however ocassionally experience a longer than anticipated wait do to large groups of people apearing from the mist…

Starbucks Hot chocolate puts dunkin donuts and all of those just add water packets to shame. i also enjoyed the iced lemon pound cake, the prices are kinda steep but worth it for the quality.

Overall I’ve had very good experiences with this Starbucks. My only complaint is that they only have small tables and a window bar with stools. I wish they had some comfy chairs, and bigger tables that barely fit 2 laptops. But I realize that it’s a small Starbucks and I assume they’re doing the best with what they have!

YOU SUCK! This is the second year in a row that your restroom was conveniently OUT OF ORDER on marathon day.
Shane on you! Don’t you realize that the same people that support you every day are there today to enjoy coffee a treat and a rest room.
Food insdustry rules state that you cannot serve food without an operating restroom… maybe we should shut you down for the day
