Stein Your Florist

It is RARE I give 5 stars and STEIN earned all of them and then some. Last minute plans to attend prom and an absent minded mom that forgot a boutonnière led me to the ONLY florist open 8am. Figuring for sure I would be lucky enough for them to take my last minute order — they not only took it but made it while I waited! Friendly, professional, curious staff — quality product — fair pricing — my go to florist for any of my floral needs in the future.

They don’t deserve any star but I can’t post wit out one it won’t let me. They suckkkkk… I hate them so much that I would shove something up that persons… If I could and not put my self In A big situation. They r liars they don’t know what the heck they r doing they shouldn’t be able to to run a business. I hope they get shut down for ever…

We recently found out a neighbor passed away — walked over to get some flowers quickly but arrived at 6:02 as they were locking the door. They were so wonderful — I told them what happened and they let me in to pick from some of the pre-​made items they had. Needless to say, we picked out some lovely arranged flowers for our neighbor at a reasonable price. I truly appreciate a store with a business and community focused mindset.

It use to be a nice flower shop but rude employees will sooner or later ruin it for the owner. I went in to buy flowers for a party and it was Saturday afternoon — there where an older lady and two young guys — one of the guys was so rude I was 2 seconds away from flipping the lid and calling the BBB and complain. Rude and unprofessional stuff.

Went to Stein’s twice now for arrangements to decorate my baby niece’s grave site. My sister was so pleased with what Carl had put together for our Scarlett. We officially go no where else for her flowers or any floral needs my family will have. Check out my photo.

Nice staff. Did my wedding and i just bought a really cool cactus there. Nice selection of vases…

I don’t always right reviews, but when I do, it’s for a good reason.
Yesterday was my wife and I wedding anniversary. Being the hopeless romantic that I am, i bought her flowers for our anniversary. I ordered the arrangements from FTD several weeks in advance as the arrangement i purchased was close to her wedding bouquet. On the day of the anniversary i eagerly awaited the phone call from her telling me how beautiful her arrangement was, and that is where our tale begins.
The flowers arrived to her, 30 minutes at the end of her shift. which completely made the affect of «receiving flowers at work» completely useless. Then the company didn’t go to the address i provided them, they went to her corporate office, then when provided with the correct address, they went to a different building. Then the guy who was making the delivery acted like I was bothering HIM when i walked up to the Van and said he had the flowers for my wife. Oh, yea, i forgot that part of the story. I picked my wife up that day and after faking traffic and making her wait at work 30 minutes after her day was done, and after telling the guy the correct address he AGAIN went to the wrong address. Then when he opened the door and presented me with her flowers, it looked NOTHING like what I had purchased. So
At the end of the day, FTD made good on this terrible experience but sadly I will not be using them as long as they contract out to Stein Florist as i’ve never ran into a more nightmare of a florist ever.

I would give no stars if I could. They completely messed up the color theme of the bouquet I chose, put cheap flowers on the bouquet instead of the roses in the photo, and I ordered a balloon too and they did not deliver it either and I was charged. I contacted them immediately about the issue and after several hours they have yet to correct the situation.
There are many other florists in Philadelphia so I won’t be risking a spoiled occasion again using them. So disappointing– you have one chance to surprise and delight someone on their special day and Stein blew it!

I love steins! Their store is beautiful and they carry more than just flowers! They have a lot of things to buy — even gift products. I always go to Steins when I’m looking to get flowers or anything for a gift! They have great customer service and want to work with their customers to get everything right! I just purchased an arrangement for Mother’s Day and it was delivered on time and they were so fresh and lovely!
I already have my order in for my prom corsage — and I refuse to get it anywhere else.
They handle all of their flowers and orders with care and they do their best to keep their customers happy.
I recommend Steins to everyone because they are wonderful!

I had Stein Florists do my wedding in October of 2012. The florist we were working with was actually let go and he had messed up our entire order. Every time I called I felt like they forgot what I wanted or didn’t write it down properly. Occasionally, I had to call back several times before getting a straight answer. The reason I gave 4 stars is because my flowers came out amazing. They were exactly what I wanted. After all the craziness of dealing with several reps and worrying that my flowers would come out wrong they really came through for me and everything was perfect. I would go with them again, but I would make sure that they write every thing down and I keep notes too and keep on them with communication.
