Worst customer service ever!!! Apparently one of the washer button was broken and only hot water was working. (Notified the person working here) and she stated that due to amount of ppl currently using the machine there is no more cold water. (Which was literally 10 ppl). Then i used the machine next to it and the cold water was working. Then i told her that the other machine is pumping out cold water. She then tried to ignore me and asked the other employee to assist me.
Wow!!! Gave me an excuse and to lazy to assist me! Get your lazy ass up!!! Seriously!!!

I’m giving this laundromat 5 stars because of the sweet woman that works here. She was SO helpful. I wish customer service was this attentive at all establishments! And my clothes are clean!

i was pleasantly surprised by this laundromat. it was large, well-​lit, and clean. i was there at about 8.30 in the morning, so maybe that’s why, but it was definitely nice enough as far as laundromats go.
they use cards, not quarters. you can feed in 1s, 5s, and 10s, and maybe 20s. there’s a 2 $ deposit for the card, but you can get that back if you want when you leave and turn the card back in.
as of today, 5-​loaders were 6 $ to wash and the smaller (3-​loaders?) dryers were 25c for 10 minutes. i’m not sure if those are good prices or bad, but i needed laundry done, so i paid it.
they had a drink machine and a snack machine and a couple video games.
i would happily go there again if i needed to.
