He have patiences, respect, passion for his job and the T — Mobile customers. He’s a gentleman and scholar and I feel Mr. Mendez deserve five stars

Not much to say, it’s a T-​Mobile store. I think they mostly come out of a cookie cutter mold.
That being said, this one in particular is clean and in a good neighborhood, convenient free street parking or free lot parking (at store backside).
My experience in particular was to my satisfaction. I had a phone I wanted to replace, but needed to wait out a few days of the contract, and the young guy who helped me was very friendly and informative, didn’t particularly try to push any other sales on me, just told me he’d be in contact via phone, email or text, whichever I preferred and let me know what he was able to work out with my contract. I returned later the next week after a text saying i was good to go, and he had me all set up and out the door in under 5 minutes.
