I went in this store the other day to get the new iphone 6s plus in rose gold. First, they are out of the rose gold color. Second, the guy helping me although helpful was extremely hard to understand due to his mumbling. Final draw, midway through the transaction a co worker begins taking a new customer at the same til where I am being serviced. Now there are two separate transactions taking place at one til and customer information being yelled over my head. The co worker was extremely unapologetic and overly rude. I will be going one block over to walnut street next time.

Excellent customer service. I had an existing T-mobile plan and wanted to make some complicated changes to it, but the agent was completely on top of things, and did a thorough job of explaining the various plans, their pros, and cons. Very efficient, professional and courteous.

I went in the store after dropping and breaking my phone. I was very upset, however a very pleasant young lady named Amina, along with the manager Stephen Beasley, eased my anxiety and helped me out. Amina was very helpful, friendly, and assuring during the purchase process while being mindful of my time constraints. Amina provided quick service while the manager likewise answered any questions I had. While purchasing a phone under such circumstances could be stressful, they did everything in their power to place me at ease. This store & staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the products & services offered by Tmobile. If you are in need of services, be sure to check this location out.

Went here to place a preorder for the new iphone. Instead of preordering me the new iphone, they charged and shipped me an older iphone. I went back to the store to get the order corrected and this process somehow took over an hour, which was ridiculous. They«fixed» the order, only for me to find out a few days later that they’re shipping it to an incorrect address. This store can’t get anything done correctly.

I like this T– Mobile better than the one on Walnut Street. Dan is very friendly and helpful. I’ve activated my iPad’s line here and the salesperson who helped me was able to pop a SIM card in and then I didn’t have to get AT and T to unlock it which was helpful. Multiple people have been very helpful at this location and I’m saving about 70% for my iPad with Tmobile compared to AT and T.

I had some problems with my phone charger and the rep I met, Dan, was super helpful on all accounts. I forgot my charger at home the first time, and he made sure I knew his hours for the next days so that went I come back I don’t have to go over the problem again.

I wasted 30 minutes at this store trying just to purchase a single SIM card. That is quite literally the simplest transaction you can execute at a T-Mobile store. First they tried to set up the SIM for me, even though I told them I wanted to do it myself. Then, after several failed attempts, I firmly insisted that I just wanted to buy the SIM. They then failed to do even that much. That transaction is basically like you’re selling me a candy bar. I give you money, you give me a SIM card. That’s it. No contracts, no personal information, no activation, no nothing. Basic retail. Anyway, the end of the story is, I got fed up after they started over for the third time, told them to cancel everything, went back to my office and ordered the SIM online. It took me three minutes. Computers 1, people 0. Save yourself a trip, and if you’re thinking about going to this location, just hit your self in the head with a hammer. It will be about the same.

T-mobile blows… especially this store. That’s all I have to say about that.

I generally loathe walking into cell phone stores, preparing myself for non-stop sales pitches and/or crappy customer service. Well, this place was a welcome relief to all of that. I walked in looking for a case for my new T-Mobile phone and was quickly shown where they were and the best one to get for my butter fingers. I also asked about a dozen questions about my new plan(I’m a ex-Verizon addict). The guys really knew their stuff and answered all my questions. Shockingly painless. It looks like great customer service is not an urban Philly myth!

I went to the T-Mobile to switch from a prepaid phone to a post pay no contract plan. Spoke with Rony, and he offered me a great deal with a one year contract, and a new phone. He even talked to customer service to help me get my number ported over. Very friendly and patient. The customer service is fantastic, much better than Verizon’s(who i’ve had nothing but problems with). Verizon does get sligthly better coverage, but is not worth the headaches when trying to get bills or plans changed.
