We bought a ring here when we got married and I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. I just took the ring in for repair and when they called me to let me know it was ready, I told them that my husband would be picking it up. I got a phone call a few hours later explaining they were closing (early I think because of the Pope) so I should not send my husband over unless he was already on his way. Just a really classy place all around. Not pushy, very friendly, and engaging people.

Great service and great prices. The woman who owns Tang Diamonds is always so helpful, very fair pricing and they don’t push you to spend more than you have budgeted. We have purchased from Tang a few times and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend them!

I didn’t personally buy anything from Tang’s, but I do own a diamond engagement ring that was made and purchased from there, and my fiancé and I could not be more thrilled!
According to my fiancé, Yen was nothing but pleasant, honest and fair. He had a strict budget in mind, and unlike other jewelers that he visited, Tang’s did not make him feel like he was at a used car dealership, haggling for his life. Other jewelers refused to show him things that were actually in his price range. Tang’s was just the opposite. They were friendly, knowledgable and provided him with just what he was looking for, making helpful suggestions along the way.
Lucky me ended up with a gorgeous engagement ring, so I am truly thankful! Thank you for making this a fun experience for him! We will be back for our bands, I am sure!

My husband and I have purchased from Tang’s twice now and we’ve been more than satisfied each time. Their styles suit us better than any other place on diamond row and their prices are very reasonable. The owner will even look up the market price for the metal you are purchasing and explain in detail why certain things are more expensive than others (for example platinum is more expensive because it scratches easily and requires more time and care to work with and not because it costs significantly more to purchase the materials). They stand behind their work, give you honest answers, and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Have done business for years with complete satisfaction. Nuff said.

I didn’t purchase anything here but went to have some links removed from my watch. I tried a few other places on and around jewelers row and was either told they don’t handle watches or their watch guy wasn’t in. I thought this was weird since I can have any 16 year old working the watch kiosk at the mall remove links or replace batteries.
The salesman was helpful and had the links removed in 5 minutes and charged $ 5 which seemed reasonable. The store wasn’t anything glamorous but there were some pictures of Danny Devito with the salespeople and if its good enough for Frank Reynolds its good enough for me.
