Kristina and Tom joined us for our wedding a few days ago and our guests are begging for their contact information to use them!
They have an amazing talent for flavor pairing, and an incredible eye for presentation. I am an ice cream freak, and I am pretty sure hat I am no going to live without these cupcakes.
If you are looking for a fun addition to your wedding or party, give them a call! Their pricing is incredible, and their customer service, 5 stars!!!

There are no words to describe these delectable ice cream cakes. The unique flavor combinations (my favorite being the Rosemary Strawberry!) and the unbelievable beauty of each creation are unmatched. The Beese Kneese are delicious cakes for any special occasion or as a surprisingly fun alternative to your regular wedding cake. Try them and you won’t be disappointed!

I ordered an Olde Fashion Ice Cream cake from the Beese Knees for a recent dinner party at my house, and it was a HUGE hit. The cake combined 3 of my favorite things: Chocolate, Coffee Ice Cream and Bourbon Ice Cream. Yes please! Each element delicious on its own, but the combination also had a perfect ratio. And not only was the cake wonderful, but the owner/​ice cream lady was super friendly and was willing to accommodate either pick-​up or delivery options. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This is the most amazing cake!!! I ordered the Olde Fashioned for my husband’s birthday and it was incredible! Ordering with The Beese Knees was super easy. Best ice cream cakes I’ve ever had! They put store bought cakes to shame. You will literally never consider buying another brand of ice cream cake ever again. Knowing they are lovingly homemade by people who truly care about the quality of their product only adds to the experience. I’ve had the Old Fashioned (coffee & bourbon) as well as the mocha mint cake. I am truly excited to get my next flavor. I just have to think up another excuse to get one in my freezer!

Philadelphia’s best kept secret! I was lucky enough to snag a handheld cupcake version of one of their cakes at the Punk Rock Flea Market which blew my tastebuds away! Not to mention how inventive and adorable it all was. I ordered a Mustachio Pistachio cake for the week of Christmas which was the star dessert at the party I brought it to. It was beautiful! There is just nothing quite like a handmade cake from the Beese Knees! The love that goes into the homemade ice cream and the thought that goes behind the combinations of flavors; it won’t be long before everyone in town is talking about these ice cream cakes Do yourself a favor and get yourself one now!

I bought the «Olde Fashioned» ice cream cake from The Beese Knees for Thanksgiving dessert. It was delicious and my family loved it. They could not get enough of it!. I even have requests for future birthdays! It is the perfect dessert for any special occasion. Everything is homemade and I cannot imagine how much work/​thought goes into each cake. The Beese Knees cakes flavors are phenomenal, the pairings are original and nothing else can compare in Philadelphia right now! I am very excited to try the «Sweet Rosie» next!

Where do I even start?
I guess a good place to begin when discussing The Beese Knees is the mouth watering sensation when you see it sitting on a table, across the room, in all it’s layered, delicious, stunning glory. There are very few foods that elicit such a reaction: a hotdog at a baseball game, a beer after the longest day, and this, an ice cream cake so simple in theory, and yet so complex in its flavors.
Each flavor combo is better than the last, each presentation is perfect in it’s delivery and I’ve yet hear an unsatisfied moan from a party. Whether it’s a hot summer day or a cold winter evening, these cakes are perfect for kids, adults, grannies, and everyone is between.
The masterminds behind these creations are professional, kind, smart and just as sweet as the cakes themselves. If you haven’t already, order a Beese Knees or 10, tell everyone you know, and never, ever, ever buy a different ice cream cake again.

I don’t know if I’ve ever eaten a dessert so thoughtfully crafted and perfectly satisfying. The Beese Knees ice cream cakes take all of your favorites and add the most interesting, delicious twist. You know you’re eating something put together with love when you see the most complex, creative flavor components like rosemary, or spicy chocolate, or cardamom in the many combinations available on their menu. I have enjoyed each new flavor combination and experience, and can say without a doubt that I will never look elsewhere for ice cream cakes (or ice cream, for that matter) ever again.

These cakes take desert to a completely different level. Fresh, handmade ice cream combinations form an elegant presentation that is sure to impress your guest. As a chocolate lover, I definitely recommend the Coffee Bourbon, however the new «Short Rosie» has me thinking twice. You can’t go wrong with the Beese Knees!
