The Ladybug Project is a really great program that works in the Philadelphia area during regional outreach activities and fundraising in support of their education and healthcare projects in Africa. This is their public business location — it’s open to the public on Wednesdays (when the staff is in town and not in Africa). They also have regularly meetings in the community (once a month, I think) and actually also offer community volunteering, internship, and service-​learning experiences.
I definitely recommend.
