The Legacy at Drexel Arms

I lived in this building (Block A) for 9 months! And it‘s a disaster! First of all there is a lot of mouses in the units and the management don‘t do anything about it! The second thing is the utility bill! We turned on the heat frequently and not all the time since me an my roommates weren‘t in the apartment during the day and yet we got the minimum of $ 100 a month electricity bill and the maximum of $ 400!
But worst of all is how they pay you back your security deposit! Before we move out, the manager had a walk in to see if there are any damages. There were no damages. She said she will send us a copy of her inspection form which she didn‘t. A week later, I asked her to send me a copy which she replied as, you will get a copy when you move out and we return your security deposit. I got the security deposit back in a month and a long list of damages such as broken bathroom mirror, broken cabinet, damaged furniture! Things that are non-​existent! She never mentioned any of these items during her walk in because there was no damage! Now they charged me $ 197 for the damages that do not exist! I cannot believe this! And she never sent me her inspection form so I can show it to her and say where are the damages in your inspection form!!!
This building is a nightmare and a financial disaster! Stay away from it!
