Rented in this SEEDY place, building constantly flooded, dirty, rats, used condoms and human fecies in and around building, homeless people squatting in building. Artwork and personal property stolen consistently from with in studio and from my car in parking lot. I believe the landlord syphons electric from tenants, although PECO had told me the electric is so badly rigged that they have no idea whats going on, did not stay long enough to get to the bottom of it.
Would not recommend to anyone.
